I would not use anyone else!! They are by far the best hvac company I have ever experienced! Our service person couldn’t have been any better….. on a scale from 1-10 he was a 20
Our experience with Atlas began 3 years ago when they replaced old furnaces/air conditioners with two state-of-the art heat pumps. Not only did they do a fantastic job with what proved to be a difficult process (our attic is CRAZY hard to access!), they also found and corrected issues with our preexisting duct…
I have worked with Atlas for over 30 years. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and careful with your home. And they are good people; exactly what you need from your service contractor.
I trust Atlas to show up on time, do the job efficiently, bill fairly. I’ve used them for more than 20 years, and have never been disappointed.
My heat pump HVAC stopped working. Atlas came out right away to evaluation the situation. Parts were ordered and installed timely. I appreciate the great service!
I was not happy with this service experience. I feel I was over charged and I believe the technician broke part of my unit.
They were able to fix what another company couldn’t. I should have made them my first call
efficient, professional. Had to order parts for our rooftop unit. It was a cold 5 days n I t as soon as the part came in they were on it. Thanks!

Since purchasing the house earlier this year, the Atlas team has been quite responsive to my questions. Their first visit, which turned into a "never mind" kind of situation, yielded a real issue with a…
I have used Atlas for over 30 years and have consistently received first class service from friendly professionals.

Atlas diagnosed the concern (we had a huge air duct collapse due to age and deterioration of the interior structure). I…
Atlas was great! Our furnace (which they installed 16 years ago) failed to come on this fall when it got cold. They sent out a technician the same week, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. Erik communicated the issue and expected cost clearly. The Monday after a new condensation pump arrived (on Friday), the…
Good service. Knowledgeable and professional technician. Easily fixed our heater and suggested some ways to improve it’s performance.
Representative who gave estimate on new system was very helpful.
