Atlas installed two heat pumps at my home and did an excellent job. Super quiet and efficient. Scott and Ryan are awesome! Super responsive and friendly.
Atlas Heating has been our go-to company for furnace repair and replacement for 26 years. The team is excellent, from front desk/telephone staff to estimators to technicians. Each person knows their stuff, is professional, and communicates clearly with us. Service and products are reliable, and the company is trustworthy.
I can’t say enough great things about Atlas. The installation process went incredibly smoothly, the people we worked with were extremely responsive, professional and nice. Everything was done on time. The cost was much less than other bids we received. They are true pros.
I had a great experience with Atlas and would recommend them!
I have used Atlas for over 30 years and have consistently received first class service from friendly professionals.
Great communication, speedy turnaround, knowledgeable people! Appreciated the ability to spend a bit of time weighing options to find the right one for my situation.
Joe and his crew did a fantastic job. Thank god companies like this still exist in the Bay Area.
All aspects of our interactions with Atlas have been top notch, from the assessment of what equipment we needed (replacing gas furnaces with heat pumps), to the efficient, even though challenging, installation work, and subsequent follow-up with inspections and trouble-shooting. The team has been very professional…
Repaired air conditioner 2022 installed new furnace in hvac system 2023
Atlas installed my heating system five years ago . They did a great job. I wish I’d had central AC installed at that time too, but didn’t . So, I recently requested an estimate for adding that. Can’t say enough good things about consultant Aaron Bright who arrived to assess the situation. I decided to forego…
Atlas did an amazing job with a tricky HVAC upgrade on our home to install a ducted heat pump. From planning through to install to helping us get our city permit, the team at Atlas know their stuff, gave a fair price, and were a pleasure to work with.
Excellent service at a reasonable price. Have used Atlas's services multiple times on multiple properties. Will likely use for all my future projects in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties of California.
An outstanding experience from the first telephone contact through the very skilled and smooth installation. The people and the equipment are outstanding. I recommend Atlas Heating MOST strongly!
Replaced old 80's gas fired furnace with new 2-zone heat pump. Added A/C as well. All new ducting, thermostats - basically everything was new.
We chose Atlas to replace our aging furnace and air conditioner with a hybrid gas furnace/heat pump air conditioner after requesting a few estimates. The team at Atlas were helpful every step of the way. Aaron, the estimator gave us straight-forward information that helped us decide what we needed and wanted. Scott…
The installers were on time, polite, thorough, careful. They asked questions. Their installation was neat. They cleaned up after themselves. It would really benefit both the customer and the company to provide a written estimate prior to installation .
A pure pleasure working with this company. They worked closely with me to assess my needs and recommend a very workable system. I recommend this company highly.
The Atlas crew did an excellent job, replacing our old furnace.
Very professional. Really appreciated how cleanly they worked. Wasn’t the cheapest option, but you definitely get what you pay for. Thank you Atlas!
The installers did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. They communicated well, we're careful in our home, and completed the work as scheduled.
Atlas did a complete new furnace and AC system for us in 2018. Works great. We recently had another remodel going on and needed advice and repair of the thermostat (our painter messed that up!). And, got some needed advice on relocating a register with in our kitchen remodel, so I could perform the work. Great timing and friendly service!
Excellent, professional, timely
Atlas is our go to for all our heating needs. They are professional and so very helpful! Just a wonderful group and we'd highly recommend.
From the first contact I had with Atlas as I was looking to update my furnace from the 1930's original, I got excellent service. In the installation process, I was quoted an amount for a system that turned out to be not quite right for my situation. Atlas said that was their mistake, and installed a significantly…
