Atlas Heating is a highly professional company, and friendly to boot! My wife and I have used Atlas for the last 14 years when we had Atlas replace our old furnace with a new, super-efficient one and a programmable automatic thermostat. They made excellent recommendations regarding that installation and the choice…
Atlas Heating has served my family over for 40 years. Atlas has installed new heating systems and thermostats, yearly heater maintenance, and provided emergency repairs. The staff are congenial, efficient and clearly explain what needs to be done. Heating Specialist Devin recently serviced our heating systems; he…
I trust Atlas to show up on time, do the job efficiently, bill fairly. I’ve used them for more than 20 years, and have never been disappointed.
On time Professional service. Thanks
The service rep came out and assessed the situation and communicated well. They replaced a condensate catch basin and cleaned some pipes that carry condensate out. He was actually awesome and the service was (refreshingly) fairly priced.
We appreciate a company that can continue to keep our old and quiet heater working. We will be continuing to use your services on an annual basis to keep our Lennox humming. Thank you!
Have used Atlas for years. Technicians are professional and attentive. They know their stuff and offer sound advice and recommendations. My 50 year old furnace is still kicking thanks to Atlas.
Very on-time regarding their schedule, ready to fix any "glitches" with a new, working Thermostat ,, and to return with small adjustments. In the process they found "deeper problems? with a 30 plus year-old forced air furnace, which we have worked around for the moment. Very competent group.
The technician explained every thing in detail regarding corrision build up on a small key piece of heating system that caused it to malfunction and tech explain how the NEST system interferes with how I want to use heat in our condo. Quite an education!
Excellent, courteous service
We used Atlas to replace our heater 3 yrs ago and use them for annual maintenance. They are reliable and do an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them
I have already referred them to my neighbor who saw the sign outside my house.
They were very responsive. Found a time for us. The technician, Eric, was professional and courteous. He new what he was doing. Everything is working well now.
Excellent service!!! since 2001
Ian was friendly and very helpful thank you!
We've used Atlas for *many* years to maintain our gravity heating system (from the 1930s). Their techs are knowledgeable, on time, and extremely responsive. On the one occasion where we had a problem, it was dealt with promptly. Highly recommend.
Service techs were on time and knowledgeable. Very responsive to an emergency situation. Atlas has my highest recommendation!
We did an over two year restoration and remodel of our home. Atlas was our HVAC contractor for our heating and cooling. They designed, engineered, fabricated and reworked our entire heating system for better performance. Two zones were created for better energy usage. Then air conditioning was installed. All of the…
Great honest, on time service. Office staff was very courteous and polite.
The technicians were on-time, professional, and personable. They performed furnace maintenance and fixed a ductless system that had been installed incorrectly by another company. We’re very happy with their work and they will be our first call should we need further work.
Very knowledgeable technician. honest about the condition of my furnace and was able to get things working again with just a service call charge. I would absolutely call them again if I need repair in the future.
Atlas is our go to for all our heating needs. They are professional and so very helpful! Just a wonderful group and we'd highly recommend.
The staff was friendly, helpful, timely and skillful. I will use them again.
From the first contact I had with Atlas as I was looking to update my furnace from the 1930's original, I got excellent service. In the installation process, I was quoted an amount for a system that turned out to be not quite right for my situation. Atlas said that was their mistake, and installed a significantly…
Normal maintenance of house heating unit.
We thought our 19 year old furnace needed replacing, but the technician figured out the thermostat wasn’t letting the furnace move over to the second stage. Could have easily sold us on a whole new system. So happy there was no pressure and was provided reassurance that the furnace should have some years left…
This is my first time using Atlas heating and the service was great! I will definitely use them again in the future.
The Atlas technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He needed to change our special add-on air filter too - this required removing a closet door to get to it. He was not fazed at all with the extra steps to get the job done.
