The service rep came out and assessed the situation and communicated well. They replaced a condensate catch basin and cleaned some pipes that carry condensate out. He was actually awesome and the service was (refreshingly) fairly priced.

Very on-time regarding their schedule, ready to fix any "glitches" with a new, working Thermostat ,, and to return with small adjustments. In the process they found "deeper problems? with a 30 plus year-old forced air furnace, which we have worked around for the moment. Very competent group.
The technician explained every thing in detail regarding corrision build up on a small key piece of heating system that caused it to malfunction and tech explain how the NEST system interferes with how I want to use heat in our condo. Quite an education!

We've used Atlas for *many* years to maintain our gravity heating system (from the 1930s). Their techs are knowledgeable, on time, and extremely responsive. On the one occasion where we had a problem, it was dealt with promptly. Highly recommend.

Normal maintenance of house heating unit.
We thought our 19 year old furnace needed replacing, but the technician figured out the thermostat wasn’t letting the furnace move over to the second stage. Could have easily sold us on a whole new system. So happy there was no pressure and was provided reassurance that the furnace should have some years left…
This is my first time using Atlas heating and the service was great! I will definitely use them again in the future.
The Atlas technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He needed to change our special add-on air filter too - this required removing a closet door to get to it. He was not fazed at all with the extra steps to get the job done.
