Atlas did an excellent job fixing my furnace. My call was answered promptly by a real person, the service call was scheduled for the same day, and the remarkably good technician (Ian) was completely professional, fast, friendly and very experienced. Presto, furnace fixed. I couldn't have asked for more!
The technician did a good job, but there was some confusion about the charge, which I thought was too much. They called me right away to try to understand what had happened and after reviewing all concerned, later that day called back and made more than generous adjustment. The owners are wonderful people and…
Tim is an excellent technician and determined the problem with our boiler and fixed it promptly.
Chris was outstanding. He knew exactly what had to be done.
Atlas does a terrific job, we have had them here to work on our furnace a couple times over the years. This time, the furnace had stopped working properly - shutting off after a few minutes. Atlas diagnosed the concern (we had a huge air duct collapse due to age and deterioration of the interior structure). I…
From the office personnel setting the appointment, to the tech that came to my home- courteous, fairly priced and efficient! Would use them anytime I have HVAC needs-Thank You!
Really great serive with a great attitude.
Solid technician.
Excellent service at a reasonable price. Have used Atlas's services multiple times on multiple properties. Will likely use for all my future projects in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties of California.
Atlas made sure to repair the old heater we have. The heater is working great.
Atlas was very prompt which was so important because I had no heat and it was cold. They received the part the next day and installed it that day. My only problem was the thermostat needed to be replaced. After that was taken care, I had no more problems. Ethel Cooper
Hello the technician came by twice for two service calls within two weeks. The first time he came by I think he should’ve said something about my ducks whatever problem I have possibly could have with the heating when he came by the second time, but then the two weeks if you told me that my bucks or not in good…
Very good service. Friendly, fair and professional.
Very pleasant to deal with, and although I had to wait for a part to be ordered, they were very efficient and helpful
They came in and fixed the stuff in an hour. Had other guys who came to check was told its unfixable but Atlas guys fixed it before we know it. Very honest business.
Josh was great. He finished in 4 hrs He was professional at all times Atlas is a great company.
My heater wouldn't turn on over the New Year's weekend, so I called Atlas January 2. Lisa got back to me and scheduled service technician Chris to come out to troubleshoot January 3. Chris quickly located the problem and fortunately had the replacement part in his truck. Chris is so experienced, he had the…
Best. Company. Ever! True experts, professional, reliable, honest and overall amazing! Please do not hesitate to contact Atlas - they really are fantastic! We have an older home in Oakland whose heater stopped working and Atlas came out promptly and took the time to understand the problem - and quickly fix it. We…
Very professional company. Their technicians were prompt, friendly and just great people.
Some how my heating system transformer was blown from water damage, and Atlas did an outstanding job of identifying the problem and providing a solution in a timely manner. They were professional, efficient and great to work with. Thank you Atlas Heating & Air Conditioning!
Knowledgeable, affordable, responsive service for a somewhat convoluted furnace issue at a large home that they fully resolved. Highly recommended. Note: I believe they serve residential buildings only (no commercial).
I had a very positive experience with this company commencing with the person I spoke with on the phone. She was empathetic and was able to schedule a speedy appointment. The technician who came to the house was extremely competent and knowledgeable . He readily identified the problem, had the needed part, and…
They diagnosed the problem with our heater, gave a couple solutions, and made the repair based on our choice of solutions. The house has been warm ever since!
The tech was well informed and very professional. Atlas will be my choice going forward
Tech was responsive and arrived on time. Repaired the system in short order.
They were very responsive. Found a time for us. The technician, Eric, was professional and courteous. He new what he was doing. Everything is working well now.
With no heat on a Saturday, Atlas took the call and showed up within a few hours. The tech found the problem in about one minute, discovered what caused the problem, and then repaired the heater. Quite impressed with the skill of the technician.
Technician showed up on time, and very efficient.
Very quick and pleasant to deal with; Quick diagnosis & had the necessary part in the truck. (Already recommended Atlas to a group of about 40 fellow bike riders in the East Bay.)
Just when the mercury started to drop for the holiday season our furnace went on the fritz (again). Last February I had similar issues with the furnace and Atlas performed the repairs. This time they responded to my service call and had a technician out the same day. Ray was awesome. He was courteous and…
We had such a great experience with both our technician (Aaron) and the office staff at Atlas. Our heater stopped working after Thanksgiving and they were quick to send Aaron out to take a look - he did a great job of explaining what was going on with our older heater and talking us through our options. He was both…
Service techs were on time and knowledgeable. Very responsive to an emergency situation. Atlas has my highest recommendation!
Excellent service from the technician. Didn’t try to sell me on a new heater which I appreciated
We did an over two year restoration and remodel of our home. Atlas was our HVAC contractor for our heating and cooling. They designed, engineered, fabricated and reworked our entire heating system for better performance. Two zones were created for better energy usage. Then air conditioning was installed. All of the…
Great honest, on time service. Office staff was very courteous and polite.
Their service was quick and efficient. Our repairman diagnosed the problem with our furnace right away and messaged the details of the replacement part to the supplier before he left. Would definitely use them again.
Excellent, professional, timely
Just as before, Atlas provided superb service in diagnosing and improving the quality of our heating system. The technician was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in fixing the problem and also took the time to answer questions about and demonstrate the new thermostat. Such a pleasure, we highly recommend Atlas!
When our gas furnace failed on a cold day, the repair company I called quoted a new $6,000 furnace to be installed in 3 days. I called Atlas and they repaired it that afternoon for about $500. Good service. I will be using Atlas in the future.
I would definitely work with Atlas again. They absolutely make sure the job is done right.
Called, same day appointment. Ray arrived and all is great for the ancient one to continuing heating our home. Atlas has been around for years and I want to support a good company with a good reputation
I've relied upon Atlas for decades. They installed our original AC system and it was time to replace it. The work was done on schedule and to budget. We had the same experience when we replaced our furnace. They are a pleasure to work with.
