When our heater went out, we contacted Atlas. They were quicker to respond, and they didn't break the bank like the estimates we got from other companies. We ended up going through a friends company due to the deal we got, but I already had it in my head to proceed with them. You can't go wrong choosing this company.
Prompt helpful service. Received excellent advice on how to move forward.
Chris from Atlas Heating did a great job repairing my furnace after it had water damage from a storm. Where other companies were talking about replacing the whole furnace (which we put in 20 years ago and should be viable for a while, one would hope) for $8000 to $10,000, Chris diagnosed which parts that replacing,…
Atlas Heating was prompt in scheduling repair of our furnace. When he arrived , Aaron, the repair man, fixed the furnace quickly, completely, and affordably. We will use Atlas again in the future.
This company was highly recommended to us from people have used them for years. We had Chris today for service, he was a wonderful, clean, polite guy and did great work! Glad we found the small problem we did before our heater burned out. Also, took time to teach me about some maintenance I should do myself!
The heating system in our attic was leaking water onto a bedroom ceiling. Atlas came out, found the solution, and took care of it right away. They were timely, professional, and very helpful.
Fast and very professional
Came on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and had parts in the truck to fix it.
Atlas did a complete new furnace and AC system for us in 2018. Works great. We recently had another remodel going on and needed advice and repair of the thermostat (our painter messed that up!). And, got some needed advice on relocating a register with in our kitchen remodel, so I could perform the work. Great timing and friendly service!
Very responsive - scheduled a repair appointment for the next day. Very professional - did the repair efficiently and successfully, and explained everything. Came back quickly for a 2nd visit to address a related problem.
The Atlas team was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They were very responsive to our query, and they also proactively checked in with us to provide feedback on our customer experience. Highly recommend!!!!
