Here's a revised review from yesterday in regards to my dryer being extra loud. Jake the technician came out and I low and behold the dryer stopped being loud. I felt like such a jerk he explained to me that it may have needed to get settled from the transport from the shop to my house. Well whatever it was it's good to go. Thank you Jake and staff.

The technician came out to work on my dryer, left a tear in the dryer vent, then refused to fix it. I called the company, spoke with manager Shelby, who refused to send him back out to fix it. I paid upwards of $360 for this repair, and they left me with a torn dryer vent!

Top rate service. Ryan, the technician, went well above and beyond the normal levels of service I've experienced in the past with my machines.
