Corbin did an amazing job at diagnosing and solving our ice maker issue. Appreciate his perseverance and attach to detail
Corbin was awesome! He was quick and professional! He fixed our fridge and the ice maker is now working. 😄
Technician and dispatcher were very friendly and professional. The technician was late for the four hour appointment time but the dispatcher gave a heads up and the technician fixed the issue.
Corbin was great! He had to come out 3 different times due to appliance not making the noise we complained about. He was so patient and kind, went above and beyond what most would do. Thank you!
Corbin was very polite & didn’t mind explaining things to me. He did a great job.
The service repair man named Rashawn was very polite with great communication. He text to say when he was on his way. He informed what was wrong with the refrigerator how long it would take to receive the part . Once the part came in he fixed the issue very quickly. He also drained the pan in the back of the fridge…
Corbin went above and beyond to explain exactly what was wrong.

Jake was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in detail. He has a great personality and is an asset to Atomic Tech. I felt the cost was very reasonable for this day and age. He left my kitchen looking exactly how it was when he arrived. No mess!

Corbin came by today with parts he had ordered and got our Midea fridge working as it should. He is a most pleasant gentleman who knows how to get things repaired. Don't hesitate to have these folks do your appliance repairs. Corbin went above and beyond what was expected.
Poor experience with our LG fridge door ice maker repair. Initial visit- tech says he needs to replace the whole control panel for the fridge. Okay. Problem isn't solved. Next visit- runs an LG diagnostic ( why wasn't this done the first time?) oh, we need to replace fans, not the control panel. Thereafter, tech…
