Mark has done a great job and is very easy to work with. He actually listens to me, and then we can discuss options if needed.

Our Augustine pest control technician Jake did a thorough job today! I have used several other companies, but Augustine's are the BEST...we are LOYAL! I do not have problems with bugs inside my house at all since Augustine has been treating the exterior quarterly

Jim does a great job!

I was very pleased with my new tech, Scott. He was very friendly and courteous. Scott came into the house to refill the rodent traps with a bait he said the mice would like better and go off and die. He also treated the outside of my house. I'm very pleased with his work.

Scott is always in a good mood, friendly and so easy to work with. He cleaned up the cobwebs on my porches and treated requested areas.

Brandon is always exceptional!

Dave was here two days ago for swarming ants. Two days later they are swarming again. I have tried to call the company, but their phone system keeps giving me a recording that doesn't allow me to recoed the probelm. This was a total rip off of $180!

Our technician Brandon was prompt, courteous, informative and generally very helpful at pointing out potential problem areas to be mindful of. Additionally, Augustine’s residential quarterly program is competitively priced for the budget minded home owner. 10/10 - do recommend

I thought I had termites, but they’re ants. The day before my appointment I found an ant hill in my yard I’ve always had ants everywhere I thought that was normal this time of year. Now afterwards no ants on my decks, pool, grill, most of all in my house. Thank you Augustine Services.

I’ve been a customer for a couple of years. Their customer service is top notch. Theresa and Mark are so personable and professional. Plus their products work great keeping those pesky critters away.
