Our exterminator has been very helpful in getting brown recluse under control. At first he came every quarter, now he suggests he just come semi annually.

Augustine is our pest company. Due to a lot of renters in my neighborhood, we had problems with mice, roaches and spiders. However, Augustine quarterly plan keeps us protected and they return quickly, if you find a problem, inside. A good use of our money on a quarterly basis! We used Augustine and were happy. Then someone came along that said they could do it cheaper. We were seeing spiders, the spray wet our floors and baseboards and our dog would need to be outside for an hour. Yes, I pay a little more with Augustine but we always have the same technician and are getting what we pay for.
