A job well done.
Scott is always in a good mood, friendly and so easy to work with. He cleaned up the cobwebs on my porches and treated requested areas.
I have been very impressed with the service provided by Augustine Exterminators, especially the technician Lamont, who has visited my home twice. He is incredibly thorough and professional, and I sincerely appreciate that he never pressures me into purchasing services I don't need. The treatments are consistently…
Excellent service with a smile. Thanks a bunch.
Best in the biz! Nathan is a true expert and always walks us through what he is doing.
great
We (I) have worked with Augustine - and specifically Josh and Teresa - here at The Salvation Army in Olathe for at least 2+ years. He has always been on time, very communicative about the schedule, and flexible when things don't always go as planned on our end! Teresa and her team in the office have been gracious…
Always provides advance notice. Very thorough. Always professional.
very professional and informative. He was on time and did an excellent job.
James was professional and incredibly thorough. He left nothing to chance and I could not be happier with the service received.
James was thorough and attentive. He spent the time to make sure the job was done correctly and left us feeling much more secure. Would highly recommend!
I have been a customer of Augustine for over 50 years. As a REALTOR, I have the opportunity to see lots of exterminators in action! Augustine has always been competitively priced with superior service. Their knowledge is exceptional and their approach is to keep pests out of the house rather than kill them once…
This time, Brandon and I coordinated ahead of time for an interior flea & tick treatment. He combined that with his quarterly walk around the house, depositing granules for the winter exterior foundation bug barrier. All went well despite my cats' lack of cooperation when I tried to move them to the garage…
Brandon was great, explained everything to me and shared ideas on how to keep spiders, stink bugs, etc., out of my house. He was timely and took care of business, thank you so much! I will recommend Augustine Exterminators to everyone! I was fearful because I’ve had companies that want you to sign on the dotted line…
We've had Brandon as our bug guy for about 8 years now I think. He knows us and goes the extra mile every time he's here.
Jake’s a great dude! Much appreciated
Very professional, on time and friendly. Great experience. Verry good communication. Will use them again.
We have had Augustine for years. I feel they are dependable, and easy to do business with. Would highly recommend.
I'm very happy with the service and professionalism of Augustine and their employees. My technician was named Leonard and he was very patient and helpful. I'll admit that I was a somewhat difficult client, as I juggling multiple contractors that day and was difficult to get a hold of due to some work conflicts.…
The staff was very patient when I called three times to reschedule. They were able to fill my request in the time frame I needed.
Sam was timely and very professional with his work. He checks in prior to the visit asking for any areas of need. And always is considerate of our pets.
Lee was thorough, patient and educated us on several things are previous exterminator did not! Would recommend!
When we first moved into our home, we had a terrible mouse problem. Mark was able to eradicate it very quickly. Also, explain how to prevent future infestation, He was very friendly and attentive to details. I have all the confidence in him. I have now been using them for over four years and have never been…

Augustine has protected our home for years. Jake is an excellent technician and is very thoughtful, courteous, thorough and is a great asset to your Augustine team. Thank you Jake and Augustine
Absolutely awesome experience with Brandon. He was timely, polite, educated me on the options and the company was not pushy for me to get a quarterly plan which is what I was looking for. I will be back and I am wholeheartedly recommending them.
Professional, dependable & staying on quarterly routine with Augustine keeps the bugs and rodents away! Jim is always a pleasure to work with.
Always responsive! A pleasure to work with!!
Augustine has been a vendor for us a long time for carpet cleaning, duct cleaning & pest control services. I love the flexibility of multiple services under 1 roof. They have always taken care of us in a timely fashion, friendly and great prices! Keep up the great work!
Brandon has always announced him self and then there as scheduled. He has answered various requests even at the spur of the moment when we had an ant invasion in our kitchen, one year ago, and he took care of it even before he took his vacation
LaMont is enthusiastic and answered questions I had about preparation for the inside service and how the treatment works.
Joshua left the gate open to my backyard. I have dogs and had i not checked first before I let them out they would have escaped.
Can't imagine anyone doing a better job than the job he does! Also, a very pleasant personality!
Awesome service "Derek " is my professional. Very caring & attentive. Thanks 😊
Scott is awesome.
We have always loved our technician Derrick. He is alway nice and fun. Today our dogs just would not come in because they wanted to be with Derrick, and the was okay with that. They wanted to follow him everywhere. We have him at several of our rental houses also. When he comes out to get cockroaches, he has…
Josh came and sprayed our base boards throughout the house. We don't have a big issue with bugs now - but we are using Augustine Exterminators to make sure we never do. They also put insecticide granules around the outside base of the house to help keep things under control. We just started our services with Augustine - but plan to use them going forward.
The staff is incredibly helpful & I didn’t have to sign a contract. Our technician was very thorough & timely. I am recommending you all to everyone I know!
Mark has been very reliable and extremely helpful with all our pest issues.
