We used Augustine and were happy. Then someone came along that said they could do it cheaper. We were seeing spiders, the spray wet our floors and baseboards and our dog would need to be outside for an hour. Yes, I pay a little more with Augustine but we always have the same technician and are getting what we pay for.

Jim takes great care of us! He comes every quarter for preventive treatments, and we've not had a bug problem in years. As a "spider-phobe", the peace of mind means a lot to me. Definitely recommend!

Mark was very friendly and professional. He educated me on their services and gave me tips and tricks. He answered all of my questions and was sure to let me know when he would be arriving. He also wore shoe covers, which was very polite.

We are having a problem with a "rogue" squirrel; when Lee called to say he was on his way, I asked and he had a baited trap with him so that was super service. :)

Tim, and Augustine Exterminators as a whole, are great to work with. We have had a termite service agreement with them for 11+ years and Tim comes out to treat for ants as needed. Whatever they're doing is working and using their services is effortless. Couldn't be happier!

Today they removed all my cobwebs I am happy with Augustine

I thought I might have termite damage and wanted it checked. Joe called me in the morning to confirm my preference for an afternoon appointment. He arrived right on time. Vary friendly and professional, and he knows his stuff. Fortunately I didn't have any termite damage, but I plan on using them to spray for ants and crickets. I was impressed.
