I have using Augustine for over 20 years. Always do a good job and are very good at communicating. They are truly a locally owned company. Not a franchise like some other exterminators claiming to be locally owned.

The inspector was very thorough, courteous and knowledgeable and explained what was needed and the cost.

Mark was so great. He is friendly and professional. He did a thorough job, spraying inside and outside the house. I feel confident that our home is protected from pests. Bonus: he liked my animals! 😊

Tim, and Augustine Exterminators as a whole, are great to work with. We have had a termite service agreement with them for 11+ years and Tim comes out to treat for ants as needed. Whatever they're doing is working and using their services is effortless. Couldn't be happier!

I would highly recommend Augustine Exterminators. We've had some insect issues around the house, but weren't quite sure what they were. We had someone from Augustine come out, they were incredibly accommodating in finding a time that worked well with out schedule, arrived right on time, and helped sort things out!… Read full review

I thought I might have termite damage and wanted it checked. Joe called me in the morning to confirm my preference for an afternoon appointment. He arrived right on time. Vary friendly and professional, and he knows his stuff. Fortunately I didn't have any termite damage, but I plan on using them to spray for ants and crickets. I was impressed.

Explained to the technician what my concerns and he assessed the situations and treated them accordingly. I have no complaints regarding my service.

Lee, from Augustine Exterminators, was great! He came out for a free inspection for a brown recluse infestation in my home and gave me an appropriate quote and a thorough explanation of all that would be done to take care of the problem. After the first treatment, I noticed a significant difference in the number of… Read full review

Hope everything is taken care of in my home.

Lee was excellent when performing a free inspection for mice and termites. He was very helpful and informative and didn't try to upsell me.

Very dependable!

Technicians all did their respective jobs at our house. The project was finished on time and there was no mess to cleanup. We were explained in detail as needed for the job they did and what to do in the future. The only negative is that they did not call me before they arrived at our house. It's a good thing that we were home. Good job, Guys.

Derrick was extremely professional. He has treated our hone several times and I think he is a class act. If he is an example Augustine will be our choice of providers for a long time.

I used Augustine Exterminators for an inspection on my house. They were very thorough and took time to answer any questions I had. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I can not get used to the new procedures that do not have the technician or the office make an inside appointment. I live at a place called Lake Forest. Anyone want to guess how many critters of all kinds I see or see evidence of inside my house. From now on I want the technician to let me know when he will be here… Read full review

Great job!!!

I have used Augustine for the last year or more at my residence. They were prompt when I called in for an inspection and informed me of the options that made sense for me with no added pressure for services I did not need. Brandon has been taking care of my property with positive results.

Augustine Exterminators are incredibly professional and friendly! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Provided thorough details on job to be done. Didn’t recommend a pricey treatment like some other companies I contacted.

Augustine performs our quarterly pest control services and does a great job. They’re fantastic about letting us know when they’re coming and what they’ve performed and seen during the service. Highly recommend
