We used Augustine and were happy. Then someone came along that said they could do it cheaper. We were seeing spiders, the spray wet our floors and baseboards and our dog would need to be outside for an hour. Yes, I pay a little more with Augustine but we always have the same technician and are getting what we pay for.

LaMont Jacobs was very personable and professional. When I mentioned I had seen a couple of tiny ants in my kitchen a few weeks ago, he gave two ant baits with instructions on how to use them. He reminded me to call any time I had questions or concerns.

I had Derrick Lewis do an inspection and treatment of my home. He was very professional and friendly. I am new to the Midwest and new home owner. My house seemed infested with crickets.
