As a Rental Manager, I need occasional exterminations when I rent a house. With 27 houses under my management, I do not buy exterminations contracts for the tenants; but do like to exterminate between tenants. Augustine is always quick, and thorough. They are my ‘go to’ when I need them for maintenance or a problem.

Josh was very thorough and helpful, he always is.

Augustine has been in service in our area for a long time, they know what they're doing. Friendly professional service with a smile, if you will.

It was the first visit to use Augustine again. We like the company based on past experience. After experiencing a different company, we were glad to have this crew back. Since it was a preliminary visit, we had them look over the property for items that need attention.

The perimeter of my home was sprayed according to the time promised and I've always trusted Augustine to protect my home from unwanted pests and they continue to come through as promised.

Augustine has done a great job of clearing us of any termites!! Thanks Jim!

Jason was here today for our first service call with Augustine. He was right on time, explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. Excactly what we needed!

Our exterminator has been very helpful in getting brown recluse under control. At first he came every quarter, now he suggests he just come semi annually.

Sam is professional. He listens to our concerns and is always respectful. He remembers our family and is quick to take care of unexpected issues!

Responded quickly during a holiday week and came out the day after holiday. Quick, efficient work.

Great Job. Thanks

Augustine service is prompt, efficient, and professional. Just what they promised.

Years of service. Years of satisfaction.

Sam explained how he would be taking care of our pest needs and did a through job.

muy buen servicio y exelente actitud y muy buen mantenimiento gracias

Very friendly and knowledgeable technician. Reasonable prices and immediately met my needs.

This was a new tech. He had no idea where the termite stations were and they were buried under leaves and overgrown shrubbery. So he missed at least half of them. Why not use the map they generated when the stations were placed to locate all of the stations so they could be serviced?

Augustine is always quick to respond to concerns. Their termite protection has been great - they periodically stop by to check the system and deliver bait as needed. No scheduling or work needed on my end outside of paying the annual bill. Highly recommend Augustine for your pest control needs.

The gentlemen that exterminated our home was very polite! I will have a much better wInter knowing that I am free of the little pests.

Always on time, non-invasive and polite! I’d recommend Augustine to anyone! Plus, no bugs, critters or problems!

Jake showed up on time and went right to work. He has always been kind and professional. I would definitely refer Augustines/Jake.

Tim was great to work with. He thoroughly explained our options after the home inspection. No high pressure. He and his team arrived at the appointed hour and got the job done in no time. They are dog people, so they explained how to protect our dog while the treatment settled and dried. We'd absolutely recommend Tim and his team for termite treatment!

We have not had a problem with termites since we’ve been using Augustine’s service. They were also very responsive when we had a minor problem with mice.

We used Augustine and were happy. Then someone came along that said they could do it cheaper. We were seeing spiders, the spray wet our floors and baseboards and our dog would need to be outside for an hour. Yes, I pay a little more with Augustine but we always have the same technician and are getting what we pay for.

Always keeping termites at bay.

Nathan was wonderful, made me feel secure that the job would be done and no worries!

We’ve used their quarterly service now for over 30 years and have never had problems with pests. They are quick to respond if we need a recheck.

Derrick very professional and knowledgeable. Will be calling Augustine again to check for termites!

Addressed all of my concerns. Luckily no termites. Professional Company with a professional staff. Thank you!

Polite, respectful and timely
