I’ve been using Augustine Exterminator for 45 years and would not use anyone else. Great service. Good price. Okay, now it’s been almost 50 years and I still am very happy with Augustine Exterminators and will be continuing with them in the future.

As a Rental Manager, I need occasional exterminations when I rent a house. With 27 houses under my management, I do not buy exterminations contracts for the tenants; but do like to exterminate between tenants. Augustine is always quick, and thorough. They are my ‘go to’ when I need them for maintenance or a problem.

It was the first visit to use Augustine again. We like the company based on past experience. After experiencing a different company, we were glad to have this crew back. Since it was a preliminary visit, we had them look over the property for items that need attention.

The perimeter of my home was sprayed according to the time promised and I've always trusted Augustine to protect my home from unwanted pests and they continue to come through as promised.

This was a new tech. He had no idea where the termite stations were and they were buried under leaves and overgrown shrubbery. So he missed at least half of them. Why not use the map they generated when the stations were placed to locate all of the stations so they could be serviced?

Augustine is always quick to respond to concerns. Their termite protection has been great - they periodically stop by to check the system and deliver bait as needed. No scheduling or work needed on my end outside of paying the annual bill. Highly recommend Augustine for your pest control needs.

Tim was great to work with. He thoroughly explained our options after the home inspection. No high pressure. He and his team arrived at the appointed hour and got the job done in no time. They are dog people, so they explained how to protect our dog while the treatment settled and dried. We'd absolutely recommend Tim and his team for termite treatment!

We have not had a problem with termites since we’ve been using Augustine’s service. They were also very responsive when we had a minor problem with mice.

We used Augustine and were happy. Then someone came along that said they could do it cheaper. We were seeing spiders, the spray wet our floors and baseboards and our dog would need to be outside for an hour. Yes, I pay a little more with Augustine but we always have the same technician and are getting what we pay for.
