Augustine Exterminators, Inc.

I was extremely please with the service that I got from Lee as always I willsure miss having him do my house I wish him all the luck in the world.

We had a large nest of yellowjackets in our backyard where we spend a lot of time outside. James was quick to evaluate not only where we knew the nest was, but other areas of our house to ensure that he completely eliminated the threat. He let me know exactly where he was going to treat and how much it would be. He… Read full review

It was so good to be able to go out in the backyard confidentally without being scared to death of another attack. That was terrifying. Thank you so much. I forgot to ask if there is anything I can do to make sure I get no more? I suppose not but I had to ask.

Hi LaMont Jacobs, You have done excellent, came on time, provided detailed info and identified the issues and took care of the that right away. We are happy with your service. Thx Dave Murthy

Augustine has been in service in our area for a long time, they know what they're doing. Friendly professional service with a smile, if you will.

As I wasn't home at the time of the treatment, I can only say I'm sure it was done with the usual competence and care.

Lee, is very professional and knowledgeable! Glad he is our exterminator!

Very customer service oriented! Very thorough job!

I experienced a suspected brown spider bite years ago and Jim took care of that problem, as well as anything else that has cropped up since. We get propositioned by exterminators all the time in our neighborhood and Augustine will always have our loyalty.

Jim is efficient, reliable, prompt, and friendly. I appreciate that he calls before service to see if I need for him to come inside.

I have been a customer of Augustine for over 50 years. As a REALTOR, I have the opportunity to see lots of exterminators in action! Augustine has always been competitively priced with superior service. Their knowledge is exceptional and their approach is to keep pests out of the house rather than kill them once… Read full review

Lamont and Leonard were friendly, nice and very informative.

Nathan and his partner were very personable and explained options and their recommendations. They applied the recommended treatment. We will know more in about a week when the treatment takes effect.

Very reliable and pleasant to work with.

Augustine came out the same day. Theyclearly communicated what they needed to do and the price before starting. After the treatment they followed up letting us know what they found, what they did, and what we should expected

Sam was very professional. The price is reasonable for an initial treatment for both indoor and outdoor treatment. I would suggest Augustine services .

He took good care. Let us know when he was coming and showed up when expected. He always does good work for us.

Fantastic service from a very kind, respectful and determined exterminator.! Dave donned his bee suit and put my mind at ease, terminating a very large and angry nest of yellow jackets. He even sacrificed himself, being stung 3 times (one on the tip of his nose!). Very happy we did not try and do this ourselves! Thrilled with his annihilation tactics!

Excellent response time was the first impressive fact. Dave the serviceman was thorough and he spent the necessary time required to accomplish eradicating and removing the hornets nests to my satisfaction. A few hours later there was absolutely no activity detected. Dave was patient and answered all my questions and… Read full review

Jim was fantastic! Answered my questions, provided a quote, scheduled visit promptly, called me multiple time and checked to ensure later in the day my issue was resolved! Thanks!

Lee did an amazing job and communicated with me very well. He took care of a very large wasp nest with approximately 17 wasps. He also sprayed our house’s exterior to keep the wasps from coming back. The cost was very reasonable and it was done quickly. I will call them again for future extermination needs.

Very happy with this company and the technician listened and answered all my concerns.

Nathan was very helpful. He went above and beyond to deliver food service. I highly recommend this company.

Augustine Exterminators was very prompt in handling a yellowjacket nest/issue for me. Brandon communicated exactly what was done. Thank you for your immediately attention of my problem.
