I have been a customer of Augustine for over 50 years. As a REALTOR, I have the opportunity to see lots of exterminators in action! I’ve gone through several different places to get estimates for duct cleaning. Every place that has come out for hvac work or bug control seems like they plucked a kid off the street and handed them a speech to memorize and then charge a ridiculous amount for it. My experience with Augustine so far has been the…
We have had Augustine and Jim “my bug guy“ for years. They do a great job, are well priced, professional, and easy to communicate with. I recommend them 100%!

Very comforting to know I probably am not going to get bit by some bug and have a big doctor bill. Thank you very much for the plan to keep me and my old defenseless dog safe❣️
We have been using Lee for many years now (over 5). And I can honestly say he is the best technician we have ever had. He is kind, communicative, honest, and goes above and beyond every single time. We never have to have him come back and repeat the job, or “fix” what should have been doing because he gets it right…
Awesome service "Derek " is my professional. Very caring & attentive. Thanks 😊
Very glad we found these guys. Our technician does great work and we can tell a huge difference after he treats our property.

A family party was moved to our house with only 4 days' notice. We called Augustine that day to inquire about a lawn pest control treatment. Steve eagerly added us to his schedule. We did not expect same day service, but it was very much appreciated. We had a lovely backyard party with no pesky bug concerns. Thank you Steve!
