I’ve been using Augustine Exterminator for 45 years and would not use anyone else. Great service. Good price. Okay, now it’s been almost 50 years and I still am very happy with Augustine Exterminators and will be continuing with them in the future.

Our technician, Brandon, treated our Airbnb inside and out. He was very polite and professional. He made sure all my issues were taken care of. We have used Augustine Exterminators for years and highly recommend them for any pest control needs.

I was very pleased with my new tech, Scott. He was very friendly and courteous. Scott came into the house to refill the rodent traps with a bait he said the mice would like better and go off and die. He also treated the outside of my house. I'm very pleased with his work.

We wish all companies we do business with would operate like Augustine. They should study them and follow their business model and operation. Awesome!!

I experienced a suspected brown spider bite years ago and Jim took care of that problem, as well as anything else that has cropped up since. We get propositioned by exterminators all the time in our neighborhood and Augustine will always have our loyalty.

We have used Augustine for 7 years and have been very pleased. Our technician checks each time to see if there has been any evidence of bugs. If we have a problem between treatments (ants) they return free of charge. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

The technician was running late, but communicated it with me, and was very friendly and professional. Mark was very friendly and professional. He educated me on their services and gave me tips and tricks. He answered all of my questions and was sure to let me know when he would be arriving. He also wore shoe covers, which was very polite.

Josh came and sprayed our base boards throughout the house. We don't have a big issue with bugs now - but we are using Augustine Exterminators to make sure we never do. They also put insecticide granules around the outside base of the house to help keep things under control. We just started our services with Augustine - but plan to use them going forward.

We switched to Augustine after finding brown recluse spiders in our home. They have helped trap and remove them and we are very pleased. They are up front on pricing and follow through with what they say are going to do, and when they will do it.
