We have had a handful of pest control services, but Augustine Exterminators is by far the best. Mark Mesplay has been the technican & has been top tier!

I assume the tech did a good job. I haven’t seen any signs of termites.

I was really impressed with Tim. We’ve never used an exterminator before had an immediate need and he came out same day for an assessment. He gave me options to choose from, no BS pressure tactics, and performed the service within a couple days. I feel really lucky to have found Tim and will definitely use him for any future needs.

Augustine Exterminators are a great company. We have used them for many years for our last two homes. Our long-time technician, Tim Elliot, is very experienced and provides outstanding customer service. They are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Augustine and if Google allowed more that 5 stars I would give it!!

This was a new tech. He had no idea where the termite stations were and they were buried under leaves and overgrown shrubbery. So he missed at least half of them. Why not use the map they generated when the stations were placed to locate all of the stations so they could be serviced?

I know that I can always count on Derrick doing a perfect job. Who looks forward to seeing their exterminator, I do. I hope he is Augustine’s number one employee. He definitely should be!

Augustine is always quick to respond to concerns. Their termite protection has been great - they periodically stop by to check the system and deliver bait as needed. No scheduling or work needed on my end outside of paying the annual bill. Highly recommend Augustine for your pest control needs.

Tim was great to work with. He thoroughly explained our options after the home inspection. No high pressure. He and his team arrived at the appointed hour and got the job done in no time. They are dog people, so they explained how to protect our dog while the treatment settled and dried. We'd absolutely recommend Tim and his team for termite treatment!

Used Termidor HP around entire house. Friendly & knowledgeable. Didn't try to force ineffective bait systems like most other companies around.

We have not had a problem with termites since we’ve been using Augustine’s service. They were also very responsive when we had a minor problem with mice.
