I assume the tech did a good job. I haven’t seen any signs of termites.

I was really impressed with Tim. We’ve never used an exterminator before had an immediate need and he came out same day for an assessment. He gave me options to choose from, no BS pressure tactics, and performed the service within a couple days. I feel really lucky to have found Tim and will definitely use him for any future needs.

Augustine Exterminators are a great company. We have used them for many years for our last two homes. Our long-time technician, Tim Elliot, is very experienced and provides outstanding customer service. They are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Augustine and if Google allowed more that 5 stars I would give it!!

Tim Elliott with Augustine Exterminators continues to keep my apartment building protected with on-going termite treatment and inspection. There are enough things that can go south on a rental property, termite protection is a one less worry.

Very professional and reasonable in price...

The team that serviced our property were very friendly, professional, polite and efficient, and clearly are used to large dogs.

Tim from Augustine was great and he did Good job .Answer all my question and performed Service that I needed Thank you Mor Ahmadian

This was a new tech. He had no idea where the termite stations were and they were buried under leaves and overgrown shrubbery. So he missed at least half of them. Why not use the map they generated when the stations were placed to locate all of the stations so they could be serviced?

I know that I can always count on Derrick doing a perfect job. Who looks forward to seeing their exterminator, I do. I hope he is Augustine’s number one employee. He definitely should be!

Augustine is always quick to respond to concerns. Their termite protection has been great - they periodically stop by to check the system and deliver bait as needed. No scheduling or work needed on my end outside of paying the annual bill. Highly recommend Augustine for your pest control needs.

Tim Elliott professionally provided the service from start to finish. Great communication and there was no surprises. He did the final finishing maintaining original aesthetic quality. Tim, possess great intelligence and people skills.

Augustine is top notch! They are professional, informative and do great work!!!!

Tim was great to work with. He thoroughly explained our options after the home inspection. No high pressure. He and his team arrived at the appointed hour and got the job done in no time. They are dog people, so they explained how to protect our dog while the treatment settled and dried. We'd absolutely recommend Tim and his team for termite treatment!

Used Termidor HP around entire house. Friendly & knowledgeable. Didn't try to force ineffective bait systems like most other companies around.

We have not had a problem with termites since we’ve been using Augustine’s service. They were also very responsive when we had a minor problem with mice.

Great and informative. Appreciate the good communication

Service is great.

Tim is extremely responsive and always goes above and beyond to ensure things are good! We could not recommend them more! Easy to get a hold and easy to work with! We are so pleased!

Always keeping termites at bay.

I requested that the stations be marked with a flag so people coming to live here will not make a mistake messing with the device, not knowing it's there for a purpose.

Great communicators across the board. I look forward to my issue being resolved.

Their service is friendly and efficient!

Friendly and very informative. I will continue to renew the termite program. Still using Augustine 5 years. Not changing!

Leonard was great!! Got an advance text the day prior to showing up. Leonard talked me through what he was doing and gave me a recap at the end of the treatment.

In my 3 years Tim has come out and inspected the inside and outside of my home and has given me a complete clean job. It is a pleasure to know Tim and his knowledge of his inspection and you can't ask for a better tech to do the job right.

I have used Augustine for routine extermination services and termite protection for many years and have always been satisfied with all aspects of their operation. Negative 10 stars actually……. Lee came to my home to give me an estimate on termite prevention, and we agreed upon a service plan. Next, three different guys came to my home who tried to talk me out of the agreed upon service, not for a cheaper service but one that was easier for them to do. Very informative and checking into a plan for termites.

Tim is reliable, thorough and very nice!

Excellent job! A year later and no return of the termites!! Very professional!

I'm not sure how the technician knew where to find the stations since they were covered with snow. I think there are some that haven't been checked for a very long time because of the growth of bushes. I just trust that something will show up if we have activity in any of them.

For over 10 years, I have used Augustine exterminators. They are always professional, responsive, reliable, and on time! They have at most respect for homeowners. I highly recommend them.

Been using them outside for years, we dont have the inside done because they get them before they get in the house.

If we don't have termites doing damage to our home, by definition you did an outstanding job!! Perhaps as important, the technician was friendly and courteous while being professional. He reassured us even with all our gardening, he would be able to find the monitoring stations.

Jim was great!!
