Dennis/Sergey were great and made it out fast during a holiday week!
I called Dennis Dammer and he talked me OUT of spending my money on his services. Instead, he explained what was wrong and guided me through fixing it on my own. Taking a moment to acknowledge the work done by Dennis. He was quick to respond, showed up next day, addressed the critical issues and left two days to see if the problem is fixed, followed up and closed the issue. Good communicator and easy to work with. Thank you Dennis.
Needed a quick turnaround on a blocked up sink. Service in under 24 hours, professional and on time. Really appreciate Mycol our plumber for this job. Recommended.
Mycol F. And Mikey L. Jr. were very professional. They arrived on time, gave a good explanation of what the problems might be and provided a reasonable estimate on the spot. After gathering the necessary materials and completing the jobs they went over the repairs before providing an invoice for payment. I will definitely be Austin Area Plumbing again.

Cobey Graves, was the ONLY person brave enough to get into our crawlspace to assess for damages and his rates are much more affordable than other plumbers. He genuinely cares and follows through with his word, needless to say: THANK YOU is an understatement!! We will def call Cobey at Austin Area Plumbing first for future projects!!
