They are the kindest and most respectful guys. They show you the issue and what to look out for with future issues. Very respectful of your space and as quiet as they can be doing plumbing. Also they are hilarious and personable to talk with while in your home. Five stars
Austin Area Plumbing is responsive, quick to arrive, and provide fair pricing for completing repairs. They’re the only plumber I use on my projects. Chelsea is also super friendly and helpful. Give them a call for any of your plumbing needs!
Dennis Damar did a wonderful job. Above and beyond
Worker checked out entire system and brought much up to date for no charge.
We had a fantastic experience with Dennis. He came highly recommended. Communication with him before he came out to do the work was easy and professional. He not only got the job done quickly once the appointment was made but he also took the time to educate. The world needs more people like Dennis! Thank you!
We had a great experience with Austin Area Plumbing Company. The plumber that came out was Dennis and he had to come out 2 days in a row. First to fix the clogged toilet and the seal, then to fix the pipe that had a hole in it. The problem happened on Thanksgiving day!! He had to dig up the area to repair a pipe…
We are very satisfied with the service we received. The plumber, Mycol was very nice, friendly, professional. He explained everything that he saw that was wrong. He took pics to show what was the problem. And he put in a new commode. He removed the broken one and took it with him. I highly recommend Austin Area Plumbing, Mycol.
Austin Area Plumbing was quick to respond. Dennis Damer is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. It was a true pleasure to work with him. I trust his work and recommend his services.
Extremely personable company, they called back even after initial visit. My tech,Star, is very informative of the issues n discussed options instead of “this is how it’s done”. Truly luvs n know the business therefore shall use again for any plumbing issues
Mycol F. And Mikey L. Jr. were very professional. They arrived on time, gave a good explanation of what the problems might be and provided a reasonable estimate on the spot. After gathering the necessary materials and completing the jobs they went over the repairs before providing an invoice for payment. I will definitely be Austin Area Plumbing again.
Would recommend Austin Area Plumbing to family and friends without hesitation. Keep up the GREAT work!
Mycol Felan of Austin Area Plumbing did excellent work for us this week! We were very pleased, as he both fixed the known problems, but also found 2 other serious issues needing repair. He was hard-working, trustworthy, respectful, and insightful. We highly recommend this company, and especially Mycol! 👍👍
A couple years ago Austin Area Plumbing redid all the plumbing for the 2nd floor where I live. I had to call them back the next day to let them know that my shower faucets were not secured in the wall. They returned to "fix." Yesterday the faucets pulled away from the shower tile again, so I opened the escutcheon to…
Plumber Mycol diagnosed and fixed a water leak from a toilet on the upper level affecting the ceiling underneat it. The floor has tile leveling issue that he corrected, so the toilet sits properly. Great work.
Fast Service
Garrett diagnosed the problem, bought the supplies and came back and fixed the issues. Thank you, Garrett!
Great service from Dennis and Mikey I will definitely call them in the future
Mycol was awesome! Even in the midst of some not so good news, he was very polite and professional! Our issue was repaired on a timely basis! We will use again, and highly recommend!!!
Austin area plumbing has been my go to plumber for the past decade. I will not bother calling anyone else - even if I have to wait a few days. They are quick, courteous and always professional
