Dennis and Sergey were absolutely amazing! They came in and replaced our water heater, along with everything else that needed to be replaced, all within one day. My tankless water heater alarm went on and the code indicated a a leak inside, which there was. Rinnai put me in touch with Austin Area Plumbing, and Dennis and Serge did a great job of taking care of us, both on the initial assessment and on the installation of a new heat exchange. After the assessment, there was a…

Reasonable price for excellent work. Replaced a hot water heater.
We recently used Austin Area Plumbing for a critical upgrade at our commercial space in Hutto, TX, and the service was absolutely top-notch. They installed two electric tankless water heaters for us, and the entire process was seamless. A huge shout-out to Dennis, who handled our project. He was professional,…

I just had a new Rinnai RSC 199 exterior water tank installed by Austin Area Plumbing and their crew consisting of Mycol, Star and Mikey. Our existing traditional tanked water heater just started leaking, so we knew we needed a replacement as soon as possible. My wife called up Austin Area Plumbing and got us…
Would recommend Austin Area Plumbing to family and friends without hesitation. Keep up the GREAT work!
The two gentlemen that showed up very professional, worked hard and got the job done as quickly as possible.
Joe and I are very pleased with their second job here in two weeks. Last week, Star replaced our kitchen disposal that we supplied from Amazon. He completed excellent work in a timely, professional manner. Today, Star and Mikey L. Jr. installed a new water heater. We were pleased with Star's selection of water…
It was my first time to use Austin Area Plumbing and I am glad I did. I was able to get an appointment for an estimate quickly and same thing with scheduling for the service. Mycol did a great job in installing a new water heater (in the attic). He is really nice and after his installation he showed us the new…
Mycol did a good job as replaced our water heater. He provided us a professional service in a timely manner.
Great service with an acceptable price! Would highly recommend them! They had to pull old tank hot water heater and replaced with a tankless hot water heater!
Blake immediately passed the "vibe" test. Friendly, responsive, and professional. Very fair pricing. My second floor water heater was not an easy replacement. He stayed well into the night to make sure we didn't go another day without hot water. He's on my favorites list for sure!
Our water heater went out day before yesterday & I didn't realize it until after I was off of work and in the evening, I called them for an estimate at 11:30a the next day and Blake came by by within a couple of hours. He quickly went through what was the issue & what I'd need to do to replace it & provided a quote.…
Technician came on time and worked with Navien tech support to troubleshoot water heater problem. He has to visit us three time because the response from Navien tech support was very slow. The problem is eventually fixed by replacing PCB and gas control value. I think that technician from Austin Area Plumbing…
I was hoping that my tankless water heater, which was damaged during the Big Freeze, could be repaired. Dennis did his best to diagnose the issue and obtain the parts. The manufacturer sent the wrong parts more than once, then finally admitted they no longer stock the needed parts. With no repair possible, Dennis…
I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat! Michael and the rest of the team were awesome. They were quick, efficient and transparent throughout the entire process. I knew exactly what the expected timeframe and overall cost would be before the replacement came in, which in turn sped up…
Stephanie provided excellent follow through with our Tankless Install. Estimate was initiated quickly and job was completed on schedule. Will call again.
Like so many others in our neighborhood our tankless water heater burst during the extreme cold weather a few weeks ago. James provided a detailed timely estimate and provided us with a few options.
