Fantastic company for every plumbing need. Very professional and great team
great customer service, communication and timely response. Mycol is very knowledgeable about tankless water heater systems operation and maintenance.
I called on Wednesday and got an appointment for Thursday. I requested Dennis based on a recommendation from a friend. Dennis arrived on time and was very nice and professional. I highly recommend Austin Area Plumbing and will use them and Dennis for any future plumbing needs.
Melissa was super knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. They made sure to get me taken care immediately within an hour someone was at my door. The service guys were both very friendly. Would highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs.
Taking a moment to acknowledge the work done by Dennis. He was quick to respond, showed up next day, addressed the critical issues and left two days to see if the problem is fixed, followed up and closed the issue. Good communicator and easy to work with. Thank you Dennis.
Dennis was Great!! He was able to resolve my problem quickly and educate me. I will be using him again for any future plumbing needs.
Mycol and Mikey did a great job with diagnosing and then fixing my tankless water heater problem.
Mycol Felan of Austin Area Plumbing did excellent work for us this week! We were very pleased, as he both fixed the known problems, but also found 2 other serious issues needing repair. He was hard-working, trustworthy, respectful, and insightful. We highly recommend this company, and especially Mycol! 👍👍
Mycol was helpful and great at educating me!

Yesterday the faucets pulled away from the shower tile again, so I opened the escutcheon to…

Technician came on time and worked with Navien tech support to troubleshoot water heater problem. He has to visit us three time because the response from Navien tech support was very slow. The problem is eventually fixed by replacing PCB and gas control value. I think that technician from Austin Area Plumbing…
I highly recommend this company and would use them again in a heartbeat! Michael and the rest of the team were awesome. They were quick, efficient and transparent throughout the entire process. I knew exactly what the expected timeframe and overall cost would be before the replacement came in, which in turn sped up…
James came late in to the evening in the ice and snow. Explained a lot of how the system works, what to do IF Austin freezes again. Cannot say enough about how he represented the company. Highly recommend!
Austin area plumbing has been my go to plumber for the past decade. I will not bother calling anyone else - even if I have to wait a few days. They are quick, courteous and always professional
