I hired Heavenly Moving for my October 1st move, and it was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. I spent $1,100 total on the move and tips, and it absolutely was not worth it.
They broke my TV and several fragile items, and they didn’t load everything. I had to rent a U-Haul pickup truck and haul the remaining belongings myself. Paying movers only to finish the job yourself is frustrating enough then discovering your belongings are broken makes it even worse.
I tipped each mover $100 before finding out my TV was broken. One of the movers also smelled like beer when he arrived. I can’t say whether he had been drinking, but it was concerning.
For $1,100, I expected professional service and careful handling of my belongings. Instead, I was left with damaged items, extra expenses, and a move I had to finish myself. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend Heavenly Moving.
