Great location that has taken great care of my 2016 Volvo for some time now. They always try to find the best solution for my repair, not the most expensive. They are professional, transparent, courteous, and fast! And they know their way around all makes and models of cars. Big ups to Marie and the front desk team…

I had two different diagnoses from two different shops prior to bringing my car to AAS. The staff was super detailed and straight-forward with me. They were sincere, honest, and provided great service. Will be bringing my car here from now on.

After getting a ridiculous quote for A/C repair at a different repair shop near Austin, I searched around for other options. I’m grateful to have found Austin’s Automotive Specialists. They actually looked at my car and diagnosed it before providing a solution, and the price was reasonable with what I expected based…

Only discrepancy I have was I was told it would cost $75 for diagnostics over the phone then when I get there they told me it was going to be $160. Other than that Andy and Wes were very professional and accommodating. Also no on called but I did receive a text I almost missed bc I fell asleep luckily I woke up…

Austin's Automotive Specialists are the real deal. Knowledgeable and honest! Such a relief to find a locally-owned business. I was looking for a new vehicle repair shop as the local company I used for 20+ years was sold. I will definitely be getting all my vehicle service needs handled by AAS.

Can't say enough good things about the team at Austin Automotive Specialists. They're a pleasure to work with and I'm confident that they're going to steer me in the right direction when it comes to maintaining my vehicle. The only knock against the South Austin location is not being able to do state inspections,…

Had an issue with the AC on one of our work trucks, took it to a few places and they couldn't fix it (they said they didn't have the machine to recharge it), but Andy said they could do it. Told him the longer the truck is down, the less work I can get done. He ordered the parts on a Thursday, then the following…
