They took great care of me!
Went in for brake issues and expressed concern with previous work from another shop. Ruben went above and beyond, listening to my concerns and working behind the scenes for me to give me a great repair at a great rate. Ruben earned my trust, giving me a fair shake. Will definitely be headed back next time I have car troubles.
They were very thorough. Gave a list of most urgent issues and recommended repairs. My car doesn’t scare me anymore and drives smoothly . I will get my repairs done with them.
Quality work, trustworthy and a fair price. Wouldn't take my business anywhere else!
Honest and helpful.
Took my 4-runner in for squeaky brakes.and oil filter change. Job was completed in a timely manner. Brandon was great to work with.
My go-to shop for 18 years. Fair. Prices with outstanding workmanship!
Always a straight forward process from the team. They don’t try to upsell unnecessary items. I asked them to look at my brake pads and they gave objective measurements and likely timeline for replacement. They also talked thru their rationale for replacing vs machining rotors based on my year make and model. I…
i have had 3 vehicles over the years serviced by them and have never had any regrets
My brakes in my Prius needed replacing. They were quick, friendly and fairly priced.
Very fast, affordable, professional. Andrew even took my car to get it state inspected, thanks again Andrew - you are awesome. I’m sure to be back.
These guys are great! Super fast, thoughtful, and thorough. I love how they had pictures and videos for me to review on the checklist. Also the price was less than I was expecting for what I brought my car in for. I was recommended to them by a good friend and now I’m recommending them to anyone in Austin.
The employees are super friendly, I really appreciated their customer service. They were also quick and communicative. Thanks guys!
The guys here are super helpful and get things done quick!! Been going here since I moved here 3 years ago and wouldn’t trust anyone else with me car!
Great staff, great service.
These guys really go above and beyond! I truly appreciate the time. They picked my truck up from my job to do the brake work, I needed a few more repairs they had it done before I left work! Delivered it back and there were no inconvenience! I would highly recommend Mrs Mississippi
Update- I have brought my car to this location on 3 occassions. I moved here from IL 6/2019 & back home my family, full of mechanics, would service my car. I grew up around cars so while I'm pretty car savvy, you just don't know if someone will try to pull a fast one & charge you more. They are professional,…
