Adjusting my five star review from four years ago to account for the Greatwater 360 takeover of this business. Over the last 12 months cost has gone through the roof and value has plummeted. Service is still about the same, which I'm grateful for. One upside of the takeover is better technology for booking services.…
Andy is honest and thurogh and kind. Mechanics seem to be aware and proffessiomal. Thank you Andy Robert K.
Real honest professionals here. They talked me out if work, twice because of certain circumstances with my car. Great folks!
Dan is extremely kind and accommodating when you call to schedule an appointment. Asks many questions to best understand what our need was for service. Thoroughly explained what the diagnostic process found and what the sequence of events would be to do repairs. First time ever I have received photos of my car and…
I have never been disappointed by AAS on William Cannon. I keep coming to them even though other businesses/locations are closer to me because of their amazing service. They are super busy because they’re so good but they always are able to accommodate me. I would recommend planning ahead for your regular…
It’s rare to say about car repairs but I had a wonderful experience at Austin Automotive. I went in for a check engine light and when they discovered there wasn’t an actual issue they didn’t charge me a dime. They made sure to explain things thoroughly to me and were honest about issues. How refreshing!
We have an older vehicle that is kept for sentimental reasons which my oldest drives and Andy always takes the best care of us and keeps him safe. We originally came here because it was very close by, but we really stumbled upon a gem of a place. They care and always go above and beyond and it feels like the old…
I really appreciate this place working us in the day before Christmas Eve to test out the auto emissions signal light that came on and making the repair quickly so we could travel safely. I had previously taken my car in to get the brakes checked when they were squeaking. They did a thorough inspection and…
We have used this location of Austin Automotive Specialists for 7 years on all our cars. They are reliable and honest, tell you what is wrong and what doesn’t need to be done. Andy and his team are the best!
My car would not start. I called and was able to take it in right away. It was fixed and returned to me the same day, with no extra services pushed on me. AAS is always professional, reliable and honest - I only take my car to them. Highly recommend!
They are always so friendly, helpful and quick. I trust their advice and will happily go back. Plus they have a table and wifi so I was able to work during my wait.
I had a great experience here, with prompt answers to my questions and were willing to educate me on the repairs, for someone who knows next to nothing about car maintenance. The appointment setup was easy, and engine repairs and other tune-ups were done quickly and at a fair price!
Car would not start after being jumped the day before. I experienced the same problem and it was suggested by the company who previously jumped the car to have the alternator checked. I made an appointment and it was diagnosed that the battery was the problem, mind you the battery was only 10 months old and under…
Love the team here. Great service and open and honest conversations. Customer for life!
I Completely Trust the team at Austin Automotive Specialists to repair and service my vehicle. I am the proud owner of a 09 Honda Civic with 330k+ miles that I use for my business. I have to Thank Andy and his crew for keeping my baby going! They are amazing! Excellent Service!!! I Highly recommend Austin Automotive…
Finding a good mechanic is hard. For me, they have to be honest, fair and great at what they do. Well, I have found the perfect place to get my vehicles serviced because they meet all my criteria. This all started when I had to get the front and rear alignment on my 4WD 3/4 ton suburban because I got new tires.…
I used these guys when my check engine light came on unexpectedly. They were fast, professional, friendly, and very clear in what services my car needed and how much it would cost. The repairs were done very quickly and it cost exactly how much they said it would! They're very honest, professional mechanics and I'd…
Andy and the team were beyond helpful when my dealership let me down. I would be completely out of luck without their help. They were empathetic, great communicators, attentive, and quick. Thank you team for a great experience! I will be back (but hopefully not too soon.)
Very profesional and explains things in detail and lets you know the best way to take care of your vehicle. Love that!
This shop was recommended to me years ago when I moved back to Austin. I now recommend them to others. Professional, honest, and as a woman it is awesome that I do not feel like I am treated any different then anyone else. I have been to many shops with many cars over a couple decades now so that last part is HUGE to me.
Had car towed to shop where they promptly diagnosed problem (the dealerships said they were too busy to get to it).
Been going here off and on for about 6 years. My wife, son and I. I've tried places closer to home but always come back. The reason is they go above and beyond to make sure they fix whats broken and not something you don't need. They're honest, polite and keep you informed of what there doing.Very professional.
Very friendly people, very understanding, and incredibly great at their job!
Justin and Andy are the greatest. I took my 2012 Chevy Sonic to another mechanic which due to his unprofessionalism, quick service and lack of foresight caused a handful of problems for car starting late 2018 and beyond. After first taking my Chevy Sonic to AAMS. They informed me of the un-professional work that’d…
Loved this place. Very friendly and helpful.
They do great work I have no complaints I would recommend anybody to go there
Andy ,Justin and their team are truly the best. We’ve taken all our vehicles here for 17 years and have always been treated honestly and fairly. Andy goes above and beyond in making the right repair and never does unnecessary work. They are great about helping you prioritize work to be done that can’t or doesn’t…
Again, I cannot say enough about Andy and the team. Trustworthy, honest, professional, great work. Thank you Andy and team for taking such great care of us!
They went above and beyond and I appreciate the time they spent on my car.
Justin and the folks at Austin's Automative are easy to work with, friendly and professional. I appreciate being able to schedule an appt and have my vehicle checked out at that time! They provided great info and insight into the issue with my vehicle.
