Great service as always. I really appreciate how they take the time to go over issues in depth. Customer service is absolutely exceptional. I always recommend Austin's Automotive.
Brake Job done right - along with oil change - 2015 Tundra with 118K miles
When I went in here with my RAM Promaster City I had a simple problem that was fixed easily and quickly. What impressed me more was listening to their staff speak with another customer. They determined the problem with this woman's car and gave her an estimate of the repairs. She was short on cash and asked if she…
Great service. Alll work done on time and as scheduled. Nice people. I am really happy with their service.
I have been trusting all 3 of my family's vehicles to Austin's Automotive Specialists on William Cannon for years. They have been very honest and trustworthy. They do quality work. I highly recommend them!
One of the few actual honest group of mechanics I've ever met. They take amazing care of my Jeep Wrangler
I have never been disappointed by AAS on William Cannon. I keep coming to them even though other businesses/locations are closer to me because of their amazing service. They are super busy because they’re so good but they always are able to accommodate me. I would recommend planning ahead for your regular…
My car was in pretty bad shape with worn rotors and an engine problem - I thought it would take a few days to repair. Thanks to them it was fixed before end of day! Andy got me quickly checked in without an appointment. Tim is always so kind and helpful! I will be returning if need help in future! Pricing was fair…
Needed an oil change ASAP. Tim took my car in on a Wednesday morning and had it done around 5 same day, even though they were all booked up. No appointment. Great service here! Thank you guys
The guys here are super helpful and get things done quick!! Been going here since I moved here 3 years ago and wouldn’t trust anyone else with me car!
Excellent staff. They also finished earlier than estimated.
Great and quick service.
We have used this location of Austin Automotive Specialists for 7 years on all our cars. They are reliable and honest, tell you what is wrong and what doesn’t need to be done. Andy and his team are the best!
Overall i’m super happy with repairs, window regulator and front brakes, the car drives very well and we’re stoked to be able to close our window again, my only qualm would be that there was residue from the repair on the driver side window that wasn’t cleaned up when i went to pick it up, a small detail, but i…
Austin Automotive Specialist on the southend is where it's at! I felt good making my appointment with this crew when I saw how far backed they were booked, and as a hair stylist and young entrepreneur, I know what that means! I dropped my car off at my scheduled appointment time, and the turnaround for the…
Andy and his crew are very professional. Quality work at competitive pricing. Appointments are taken, and they finish in a timely manner.
fast, efficient car repair work done right
Been my go-to shop for brakes for as long as they have been there. Maybe 20 years or more. Always get great service, friendly staff. Would give more stars if I could.
Andy went way out of his way to fix my brother, John’s car. In addition to doing great repairs as promised in a timely fashion, he helped my brother get home and picked him up because he’s aging. I can’t thank Andy enough. Great job and fantastic customer service.
Andy and the crew at Austin Automotive have been our trusted mechanics for several years. I appreciate their honesty, their attention to detail, their straightforwardness, and their dependability. They are excellent at what they do and how they do it.
Very professional and did very quick work. Were up front and honest about what work actually needed to be done. I used to work in an auto shop and I saw the pressure put on customers to do extra work. It didn't see that here which is a pleasant thing. The only downside was the car was a little bit dirtier when I picked it up vs when I dropped it off.
Very knowledgeable and they answered all of my questions with kindness and patience! I will definitely be back in the future. I appreciated Dustin’s specific experience with Toyota and his interest in the wellbeing of my truck! Justin was thorough and worked with me to take care of immediate needs for my truck, no upselling or pressure.
I love this place but I get a bit suspicious when I'm being sold on more work.
Justin and the team at WM. Cannon AAS rock! The always tell it to you straight and give you a clear run down on what’s going on and what to expect. They’ve told me things about the car that the dealership never mentioned. The rates are very competitive and the advise is trustworthy. Great service, great price, great…
Set an appointment online an communication couldn't have been easier throughout the 2 days they had my vehicle. Andy and Justin are clear and complete with what is needed, cost and time. My 6 year old car is running better and more responsive than it has in years !!!
Had an irritating issue with my brakes. The team took a look, got me fixed up in a single day! Very awesome crew love taking my car here.
They always give fair prices and good advice. Went in and they did a free brake inspection, and ended up advising that I sell my car. Another mechanic might have told me to fix it anyways, and I could have wasted a LOT of money. In the past they've done work for me and it's always been good.
I have been taking my Nissan Altima to Austin Automotive for several years and they have always been professional and provided excellent service at reasonable prices. They are thorough detecting what my car needs but never have pressured me to do to stuff that is not immediately necessary. They are honest,…
Austin automotive is honestly the only place in Austin I really trust to take my cars. If I just need an oil change sure jiffy lube or whatever will do. But when I've had serious issues that need real work I trust Andy (the manager) and his crew more than anyone else in town. They tell me what I need to do, what I…
Love these guys. They’ve helped me with all my cars. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
This team is great. They might not be the cheapest place to go, but you can rest assured you’re not buying parts you don’t need and paying for labor not incurred. They care about their customers. Andy and Justin at the front are friendly, honest, and respectful. They even spent extra time trying to fix a broken tail…
Been going here off and on for about 6 years. My wife, son and I. I've tried places closer to home but always come back. The reason is they go above and beyond to make sure they fix whats broken and not something you don't need. They're honest, polite and keep you informed of what there doing.Very professional.
Excellent service, open direct communication! Feel very safe and trustworthy!
I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Andy at this location for years. They always treat me with respect and call me by name. I’ve never felt pressure to add services that are unnecessary, and I feel that they’re honest with me about the condition of my vehicles. I’ll always come to Andy and Justin at Austin’s…
I had a lot of issues with the front suspension and both sets of brakes. They were able to repair all of it in 1 day. I'm very satisfied. I've been using Andy as my mechanic for a long time and will continue to do so.
I can always trust Austin Automotive Specialists to give me an honest upfront assessment of my car’s needs without up-selling services and they’re quick to offer a more economical suggestion when they can. Honestly, it’s the only place in town I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle.
It is crazy hard to find a shop that is honest, well trained, clean and responsive. So I won't take my truck or Jeep anywhere else but here. They're not the cheapest or the most expensive. But quality work and honest employees are priceless. The booking website is easy to use too.
They treated me very well, were up front about the work and prices, and were knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend
Love this team Andy, Justin and the crew really no how to take care of their clients, there's a reason why we come back. Can't speak for the other locations, but the William cannon location is 🔥!
They do great work I have no complaints I would recommend anybody to go there
I love this place. Andy is fantastic and they always do a excellent job.
