I trust this shop 100%! I've been coming here for years with multiple vehicles and the experience is always above and beyond. There is a reason these guys are always so busy. Andy really makes you feel comfortable and confident that he's going to take good care of your vehicle. I would recommend them to everyone!
Adjusting my five star review from four years ago to account for the Greatwater 360 takeover of this business. Over the last 12 months cost has gone through the roof and value has plummeted. Service is still about the same, which I'm grateful for. One upside of the takeover is better technology for booking services.…
Great service as always. I really appreciate how they take the time to go over issues in depth. Customer service is absolutely exceptional. I always recommend Austin's Automotive.
Brake Job done right - along with oil change - 2015 Tundra with 118K miles
Andy is honest and thurogh and kind. Mechanics seem to be aware and proffessiomal. Thank you Andy Robert K.
Radiator replacement, and wheel barring.
Scheduled an appointment and was a very efficient transaction. Work was done promptly and the staff were very courteous. I will be back for all of my other needs.
I love this place. It’s my go-to place for all my car’s maintenance. They are honest and do a great job with my car every time. Highly recommend.
Great service. Alll work done on time and as scheduled. Nice people. I am really happy with their service.
I have been coming here for over 10 years for each of my vehicles. I will not let anyone else touch my cars. Andy and all the team at Austin Automotive Specialists are honest, hardworking straight shooters who stand behind their craftsmanship. Car repairs can be stressful, but they always take care of their patrons…
We’ve had great experiences with Austin Automotive Specialists since we moved here. Getting our cars serviced has been straightforward every time.
Those guy diagnosed my car’s problem the next day and get the job done in 3 days after submitting final quote! And I forgot the guy’s name but he gave me his personal phone number and kept updating and answer all of my questions! He is awesome!
I have been trusting all 3 of my family's vehicles to Austin's Automotive Specialists on William Cannon for years. They have been very honest and trustworthy. They do quality work. I highly recommend them!
One of the best shops in town in my opinion. Knowledgeable, Honest, quick and willing to go beyond to help you resolve issues. I recommend this place to all my friends
I have never been disappointed by AAS on William Cannon. I keep coming to them even though other businesses/locations are closer to me because of their amazing service. They are super busy because they’re so good but they always are able to accommodate me. I would recommend planning ahead for your regular…
These guys are great! They’re so helpful and knowledgeable. I really love how they show compassion. Car stuff can be so stressful and overwhelming but they do such a great job of talking to you like you’re actually human! They are kind and professional and I trust them fully
Was my first time there and will return. Great service and very knowledgable.
Very fast, affordable, professional. Andrew even took my car to get it state inspected, thanks again Andrew - you are awesome. I’m sure to be back.
These guys are great! Super fast, thoughtful, and thorough. I love how they had pictures and videos for me to review on the checklist. Also the price was less than I was expecting for what I brought my car in for. I was recommended to them by a good friend and now I’m recommending them to anyone in Austin.
Austin's Automotive Specialists are the real deal. Knowledgeable and honest! Such a relief to find a locally-owned business. I was looking for a new vehicle repair shop as the local company I used for 20+ years was sold. I will definitely be getting all my vehicle service needs handled by AAS.
Needed an oil change ASAP. Tim took my car in on a Wednesday morning and had it done around 5 same day, even though they were all booked up. No appointment. Great service here! Thank you guys
I feel lucky to live across the street and have such a great place to take my car. Andy and his crew are the best!!! It's nice to have a place to take your car and you know they are trustworthy and I feel that I am always treated special.
Excellent staff. They also finished earlier than estimated.
Nice people. Had an alignment done here and it was priced reasonably. They include a 6 month warranty which is nice. 4 stars out of 5 because a synthetic oil change was almost $130. I’ve gotten several synthetic oil changes from reputable shops for less than $100 so I’ll be getting oil changes elsewhere but for…
Andy and crew have kept my vehicle running for almost a decade now. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Service was great, good communication, fairly quick. Only downside were prices seemed kinda high. $96 for a tire rotation seems a little steep.
We have an older vehicle that is kept for sentimental reasons which my oldest drives and Andy always takes the best care of us and keeps him safe. We originally came here because it was very close by, but we really stumbled upon a gem of a place. They care and always go above and beyond and it feels like the old…
These guys were fast and very accommodating! I felt they were honest and valued me as a customer.
Great experience. Felt the pricing was fair, the facility was clean and organized, there was clear and consistent communication. highly recommend!
Very professional and excellent costumer services.
Honest, reliable service. Andy was great to work with, prioritized a huge job to get my car back to me in one day.
Andy and his team did a fantastic job! Thank you Andy!
Great experience here. I use them for all my auto maintenance and find them to be honest and the prices to be fair.
They are always so friendly, helpful and quick. I trust their advice and will happily go back. Plus they have a table and wifi so I was able to work during my wait.
Great and friendly team. Always loved having a local shop that won't ask for an arm and a leg for repairs and these guys hit all the marks. Friendly, honest and professional. If you're in a pinch and need something fast, or need serious repairs these are your guys. Will consistently give them business, cheers guys!
Honest, reliable, and quick. They've serviced two of my cars for several years.
Andy and his crew are very professional. Quality work at competitive pricing. Appointments are taken, and they finish in a timely manner.
fast, efficient car repair work done right
Love the team here. Great service and open and honest conversations. Customer for life!
I Completely Trust the team at Austin Automotive Specialists to repair and service my vehicle. I am the proud owner of a 09 Honda Civic with 330k+ miles that I use for my business. I have to Thank Andy and his crew for keeping my baby going! They are amazing! Excellent Service!!! I Highly recommend Austin Automotive…
The customer service was good, everyone was friendly. The only bad note was when I picked up my vehicle I saw that the engine was left on and was concerned about my battery.
Andy went way out of his way to fix my brother, John’s car. In addition to doing great repairs as promised in a timely fashion, he helped my brother get home and picked him up because he’s aging. I can’t thank Andy enough. Great job and fantastic customer service.
Andy and the crew at Austin Automotive have been our trusted mechanics for several years. I appreciate their honesty, their attention to detail, their straightforwardness, and their dependability. They are excellent at what they do and how they do it.
Nothing but great things to say. Would definitely recommend.
Very knowledgeable and they answered all of my questions with kindness and patience! I will definitely be back in the future. I appreciated Dustin’s specific experience with Toyota and his interest in the wellbeing of my truck! Justin was thorough and worked with me to take care of immediate needs for my truck, no upselling or pressure.
Professional, friendly, great customer service
These. Are. My. Guys! Was in the middle of my route of flower deliveries and going South on IH 35 nearing Stassney when the car in front of me hit a traffic safety cone (rubber) in the middle of the lane. I ran over it as well. Thought my car was driving ok after but could hear a weird scraping noise. Got to my…
Very profesional and explains things in detail and lets you know the best way to take care of your vehicle. Love that!
This shop was recommended to me years ago when I moved back to Austin. I now recommend them to others. Professional, honest, and as a woman it is awesome that I do not feel like I am treated any different then anyone else. I have been to many shops with many cars over a couple decades now so that last part is HUGE to me.
Update!: I brought in a new to me Honda that needed some work and these guys did a great job as always. I've got a brand new AC in the car now , it was completed early! They did a great job of explaining the testing and repair process. They addressed some noise I was getting, my car is too dang low :) ! I'm happy…
Set an appointment online an communication couldn't have been easier throughout the 2 days they had my vehicle. Andy and Justin are clear and complete with what is needed, cost and time. My 6 year old car is running better and more responsive than it has in years !!!
Really nice group of guys and good service
Very good service and done well
I have been taking my Nissan Altima to Austin Automotive for several years and they have always been professional and provided excellent service at reasonable prices. They are thorough detecting what my car needs but never have pressured me to do to stuff that is not immediately necessary. They are honest,…
Great communication, prompt service, very professional, and knowledgeable! Thank you!
This was my first experience with Austin's Automotive Specialists. Scheduling an appointment online was super easy. At the shop, all personnel were courteous and efficient. My vehicle was taken in for service at it's appointed time. I was in and out within an hour, even though the shop was very busy that day. I will use them again!
Wonderful atmosphere and done exactly when I was told.
Great service, been going there for years. Calling ahead helps.
I didn't have an appointment, but they completed my oil change very quickly.
Austin automotive is honestly the only place in Austin I really trust to take my cars. If I just need an oil change sure jiffy lube or whatever will do. But when I've had serious issues that need real work I trust Andy (the manager) and his crew more than anyone else in town. They tell me what I need to do, what I…
This team is great. They might not be the cheapest place to go, but you can rest assured you’re not buying parts you don’t need and paying for labor not incurred. They care about their customers. Andy and Justin at the front are friendly, honest, and respectful. They even spent extra time trying to fix a broken tail…
Best staff ever
I had a very good experience. Everything was professional and courteous.
Been going here off and on for about 6 years. My wife, son and I. I've tried places closer to home but always come back. The reason is they go above and beyond to make sure they fix whats broken and not something you don't need. They're honest, polite and keep you informed of what there doing.Very professional.
They were very thorough in their assessment of the vehicle. They found a few other issues that we needed to be fixed and took care of them at a lower cost than I expected. I've taken multiple vehicles here and haven't had an issue with their service yet.
We have been using Austin's Automotive Specialists for over 17 years now. Aside from the friendliness, professionalism, and reasonable pricing, these guys always keep us informed about issues that our old trucks could face in the future. This allows us to budget time and money for repairs accordingly, and it…
I've never had a bad experience here!
I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Andy at this location for years. They always treat me with respect and call me by name. I’ve never felt pressure to add services that are unnecessary, and I feel that they’re honest with me about the condition of my vehicles. I’ll always come to Andy and Justin at Austin’s…
These guys always take care of me! Thanks you Andy for all your honesty and making sure safety is always number one priority
Very friendly people, very understanding, and incredibly great at their job!
I have been a customer here for many years now. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and makes sure that your needs are met in a timely manner. They make it so easy to trust them. I just recently had my oil changed here and was in and out in about 40 minutes (with an appointment). I have never had a negative…
Great auto shop. Has been my go to for 4 years. Always get the work done on time and correctly. Highly recommend!
I have a long-standing relationship with this shop and they have repeatedly gone above and beyond to help keep both my personal vehicles and my work fleet in great shape.
I will never go anywhere else. Ever. Their communication was excellent, they were friendly, efficient and professional. Wait time was exactly as they specified. I have a brand new Telluride and I will only let these guys touch it from here on out. I can’t recommend them enough.
I’ve been to this place three times and I’m concerned now. I notice a pattern about taking my car there. First time I took my car there, everything was fine so I was happy with the oil change service and wanted to come back again. The second time was simple but a week later, I suddenly needed a brake job so I had my…
I had a lot of issues with the front suspension and both sets of brakes. They were able to repair all of it in 1 day. I'm very satisfied. I've been using Andy as my mechanic for a long time and will continue to do so.
I have no complaints called and they got me in at a time that was convenient for me. Oil change, I have used these guys in the past and so far no problems.
They are honest and know their customers. Andy is the best! He takes care of all our cars!
I can always trust Austin Automotive Specialists to give me an honest upfront assessment of my car’s needs without up-selling services and they’re quick to offer a more economical suggestion when they can. Honestly, it’s the only place in town I feel comfortable leaving my vehicle.
I consider these people personal friends. They do excellent work at a reasonable price. My oil change was done before I knew it.
