I have a little more knowledge about cars than some, and unfortunately, we’ve had some less-than-great experiences with automotive shops here in Austin. So when I say that Julien and the technicians who worked on my car absolutely made my heart happy, I mean it! They were incredibly helpful, took the time to truly…
These guys are pretty awesome. They took on inspections and repairs that Firestone did not want to or were negligent on. I was finally able to get my car maintained and back to great running condition. Thanks guys for all y’all did.
Great location that has taken great care of my 2016 Volvo for some time now. They always try to find the best solution for my repair, not the most expensive. They are professional, transparent, courteous, and fast! And they know their way around all makes and models of cars. Big ups to Marie and the front desk team…
Andy and hois team are always so helpful and courteous. In and out in an hour. Great service!
Honest shop with friendly staff and mechanics. Took my car in for a full alignment after I had replaced front and rear suspension parts. They had my car driving straight within two hours and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Car is driving great and would recommend this shop to anyone looking to have some quality work done at reasonable prices.
Adjusting my five star review from four years ago to account for the Greatwater 360 takeover of this business. Over the last 12 months cost has gone through the roof and value has plummeted. Service is still about the same, which I'm grateful for. One upside of the takeover is better technology for booking services.…
Andy and the guys at Austin Automotive Specialists are always a huge help. They’ve taken me in on short notice more than once and got me back on the road quickly for work. Their prices are always fair and they do a thorough job every time. Highly recommend!
Dan is extremely kind and accommodating when you call to schedule an appointment. Asks many questions to best understand what our need was for service. Thoroughly explained what the diagnostic process found and what the sequence of events would be to do repairs. First time ever I have received photos of my car and…
One of the best shops in town in my opinion. Knowledgeable, Honest, quick and willing to go beyond to help you resolve issues. I recommend this place to all my friends
One of the few actual honest group of mechanics I've ever met. They take amazing care of my Jeep Wrangler
i have had 3 vehicles over the years serviced by them and have never had any regrets
Checked car in at scheduled time completed alignment in under 1 hour. Very friendly and professional shop.
I have never been disappointed by AAS on William Cannon. I keep coming to them even though other businesses/locations are closer to me because of their amazing service. They are super busy because they’re so good but they always are able to accommodate me. I would recommend planning ahead for your regular…
Excellent predictable service. Highly recommended.
Service was spot on. It was done quickly. I will be taking my Tacoma there for all my service needs from now on.
Great service. Courteous and prompt.
Very professional and friendly. The repair was successful and I will definitely use them in the future.
Fast and trustworthy service.
They could not have been nicer. Efficient. All repairs made exactly as requested.
Work was done as promised….time and price. I’ve used them before and Andy helped me both times. Very impressed with this place. Fair prices and honesty.
I came here after trying to go to the dealership first and having a bad experience. My friend recommended this place- I walked in and they looked at my car same day- it was making awful clunking sounds. They gave me a reasonable and detailed quote and completed the work in a reasonable time. Overall, I was very…
Austin Automotive Specialist on the southend is where it's at! I felt good making my appointment with this crew when I saw how far backed they were booked, and as a hair stylist and young entrepreneur, I know what that means! I dropped my car off at my scheduled appointment time, and the turnaround for the…
Been my go-to shop for brakes for as long as they have been there. Maybe 20 years or more. Always get great service, friendly staff. Would give more stars if I could.
I Completely Trust the team at Austin Automotive Specialists to repair and service my vehicle. I am the proud owner of a 09 Honda Civic with 330k+ miles that I use for my business. I have to Thank Andy and his crew for keeping my baby going! They are amazing! Excellent Service!!! I Highly recommend Austin Automotive…
Andy went way out of his way to fix my brother, John’s car. In addition to doing great repairs as promised in a timely fashion, he helped my brother get home and picked him up because he’s aging. I can’t thank Andy enough. Great job and fantastic customer service.
Andy and the guys did a fantastic job on some maintenance I needed to have done to make my car road ready for frequent long trips. My car is handling like a new car again (it's 7 yrs old)! I appreciate the great service and reasonable cost as well. I've taken three of my cars there over the years and they've always…
Friendly Staff and Efficient service made my experience very satisfied. I will recommend them to my family and friends.
We are from out of town and car making a grinding sound with turning right. Came to the shop on a Saturday without an appointment as read the reviews and was close to our hotel. Although they were busy, they looked at our vehicle and diagnosed the problem promptly. They discussed our options for repair. Were very…
Update!: I brought in a new to me Honda that needed some work and these guys did a great job as always. I've got a brand new AC in the car now , it was completed early! They did a great job of explaining the testing and repair process. They addressed some noise I was getting, my car is too dang low :) ! I'm happy…
Set an appointment online an communication couldn't have been easier throughout the 2 days they had my vehicle. Andy and Justin are clear and complete with what is needed, cost and time. My 6 year old car is running better and more responsive than it has in years !!!
Austin automotive is honestly the only place in Austin I really trust to take my cars. If I just need an oil change sure jiffy lube or whatever will do. But when I've had serious issues that need real work I trust Andy (the manager) and his crew more than anyone else in town. They tell me what I need to do, what I…
Everyone was helpful and polite. When I got under my truck to look at the work I noticed it was very beat up. Looks like a pipe wrench was sure to tighten parts. I know this has just happened due to the steel having no corrosion. So far it works fine but for the price I expected it to be done a lot cleaner. Dropping…
Will be returning if I need any other services
Been going here off and on for about 6 years. My wife, son and I. I've tried places closer to home but always come back. The reason is they go above and beyond to make sure they fix whats broken and not something you don't need. They're honest, polite and keep you informed of what there doing.Very professional.
They were very thorough in their assessment of the vehicle. They found a few other issues that we needed to be fixed and took care of them at a lower cost than I expected. I've taken multiple vehicles here and haven't had an issue with their service yet.
I had a lot of issues with the front suspension and both sets of brakes. They were able to repair all of it in 1 day. I'm very satisfied. I've been using Andy as my mechanic for a long time and will continue to do so.
Good quality work on my front suspension.
It is crazy hard to find a shop that is honest, well trained, clean and responsive. So I won't take my truck or Jeep anywhere else but here. They're not the cheapest or the most expensive. But quality work and honest employees are priceless. The booking website is easy to use too.
Once again Andy & Justin to the rescue always there ready to help out, their great customer service & attention to detail is unmatched, maintenance techs in my opinion are top notch very thorough. They all deserve a raise or some type of recognition beyond these words. Keep up the great service guys. Hook'em Horns Baby 🤘!
We've been using this shop for over ten years now. We've always been happy with the work done here.
Justin and his team are awesome!! Drop my car off early in the morning and got it back later that day. Awesome job, all around.
Excellent attitude, great service, very competitive price, very satisfied.
