Been going here off and on for about 6 years. My wife, son and I. I've tried places closer to home but always come back. The reason is they go above and beyond to make sure they fix whats broken and not something you don't need. They're honest, polite and keep you informed of what there doing.Very professional.
I will never go anywhere else. Ever. Their communication was excellent, they were friendly, efficient and professional. Wait time was exactly as they specified. I have a brand new Telluride and I will only let these guys touch it from here on out. I can’t recommend them enough.
I dropped the car off at 1pm. There was a fair amount to do (coolant flush, spark plug replacement, wheel alignment) and they had the car ready by 5pm, despite being fairly busy. I had a lot of issues with the front suspension and both sets of brakes. They were able to repair all of it in 1 day. I'm very satisfied. I've been using Andy as my mechanic for a long time and will continue to do so.
Thorough and fair pricing
It is crazy hard to find a shop that is honest, well trained, clean and responsive. So I won't take my truck or Jeep anywhere else but here. They're not the cheapest or the most expensive. But quality work and honest employees are priceless. The booking website is easy to use too.
Once again Andy & Justin to the rescue always there ready to help out, their great customer service & attention to detail is unmatched, maintenance techs in my opinion are top notch very thorough. Went for alignment and to have front suspension looked at. Not only did they do the alignment, but gave me a detailed description of what else needs to be done to fix the problems with the suspension.
They stated they couldn't do the alignment as the wrong part was on the front end. This was false and we took it to Sun Auto where the front-end alignment was done with no problem at all. Was shocked as I have always had no.proble. with AAS.
