Customers highlight the thorough pre-wash scrubbing, towel drying, and competitive pricing, including a monthly unlimited membership option. The facility is described as having friendly staff who handle specific vehicle needs like roof racks and pets. However, several low-star reviews criticize the effectiveness of the automated wash machines, noting that vehicles sometimes remain dirty or have window cleaning issues despite the service.

They scrubbed my vehicle before the wash and hand dried it off after. Plus it was cheaper than the other guys. Best car wash in town!
This place goes above and beyond most other car wash outfits, outstanding job guys!

The best car wash in Tri-Cities! I love that they actually spend time spraying down your whole car, as well as scrubbing any hard to get grime. It’s also awesome that they towel dry your whole vehicle afterwards. They’re very detail-oriented and do infinitely better than any Mister wash. I wish I lived closer so that I could get a membership here and come more often!
