We had these guys replace a computer screen for a laptop. Went very well and got it back quickly. Would highly recommend and use again.

Learned a somewhat pricey lesson from these folks. To simply have an AC adapter replaced cost a quarter of what I paid for the laptop. I'll know better next time. Hoping with the cost of this repair that the laptop lasts several more years, but as I was told when I dropped it off, "These things break regularly", I'm not holding my breath.

First of all Laura thank you for your business, we had to replace the ac jack inside of the laptop not the ac adapter which included taking the laptop completely apart unsoldering the ac jack off the main logic board and installing a new ac jack and soldering it on. Then put the laptop back together and test. You dropped it off on the 23rd of April and we had it fixed and you picked up on the 24th of April, a 1 day turn around. He updated me about the issue and likely cost of parts/repair before further labor charges were incurred. My final bill was very reasonable and the whole process was a breeze. No need for further searching for a computed repair shop - if you’re reading this, then you’ve found the one.
Dennis and his team - Thank You! They recovered my laptop from a MicroSoft Bitlocker error which locked up my computer and encrypted it. They replaced the battery (the source of the problem), decrypted the drive, and set up a excellent backup system. I am a very pleased ATCS customer.
I have to say that from the first phone call I could tell I was actually talking to someone that knew what he was talking about, I know nothing about computers so it was very stressful not knowing what to do, I called DELL what a mistake that was 3hr and finally told me that I would have to take it somewhere that they couldn't FIX it, So I took my computer 🖥️ in the staff was great and they let me ramble on about what I thought was wrong and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable, I dropped this off this morning at 10:45 they called around 1 or so they told me what was wrong how much it would cost and then told me that he would have it done today, I ask if they could deliver and set everything up for me they told me no problem. Everything done in 1 day friendly staff very professional cost was less than I thought it would be,
