First they tell you your increase is for insurance and then raise your rent 60.00 more without any notice and get told there us no negotiation. I will take my business somewhere else. I have been there for several years but I guess it's time to find another place.

I stored my belongings for a total of 2.75 years at this facility in 2 separate storage units. Last year I emptied out a 10x10 and I was so grateful that there wasn't any pest or damage to my belongings.
