Have yet to take a class here that I didn't love! Such safe and welcoming environment- wonderful staff and members. This place has given me the foundation necessary for my yoga practice. Highly recommend!

I fell in love with Bikram back home and struggled with finding a studio that offers the authentic practice in NC, Aware has it!
My favorites are Hot 26, Hot Chakra, Hot Yoga Sculpt and Pilates in not particular order.
Shoutout in Ann, Carly, Cassie, Laura you all are authentic in your practice and motivate your students, Thank You!

I have taken hot yoga at many studios, and this one is hands down my favorite. I drive 30 minutes from Greensboro, even though there are plenty of hot yoga studios closer to me, and that alone says everything.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They know your name and even remember you after a long absence, which makes you feel truly seen and valued. The facility is always spotless. It is by far the cleanest studio I have ever practiced in.
They offer a wide range of classes and time slots that fit every schedule, making it easy to stay consistent. The bathrooms and showers are clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciate.
The entire vibe of this studio is amazing. It feels warm, positive, and uplifting the moment you walk in. This is more than a yoga studio. It is a community, and I am so grateful to be a part of it!

Great hot yoga place in Winston Salem. Staff is friendly and experienced. They have a great hot Pilates class. Lillian is a great instructor - hard but well thought out classes. Very clean and great amenities. They have a couple
Of showers and offer shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The owner is very nice and you can tell she does this for the love of yoga not just to make money.
