Came a day early instead of the day my appt was scheduled. No call or warning. Fortunately my wife was home. Looked at the fixture that needed replaced ( a simple landscape light ) Did not fix the issue. Did not know when he would be back. Waste of a whole week.

Had a new outlet added and a light fixture replaced with a ceiling fan. They were easy to contact and was able to get service date fairly quickly. All communication was done via text.
