Have used these guys multiple times. Always good service and easy scheduling.
Came a day early instead of the day my appt was scheduled. No call or warning. Fortunately my wife was home. Looked at the fixture that needed replaced ( a simple landscape light ) Did not fix the issue. Did not know when he would be back. Waste of a whole week.
I used this company for the installation of 2 chandeliers over an island. I’m pretty handy myself and have installed plenty of fans and lights- - but this job was def out of my scope due to weight of the fixtures, the value and also the intended location to hang. So, I called the pros. Communication was smooth. The…
Very easy to contact, get an estimate & schedule service. Notified me they were in their way, arrived promptly. Very nice, efficient & conscientious. I will use them again if I need service.
This has been a really excellent experience, and I highly recommend Baby Bird Electric. The electricians were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. Getting the visit setup was simple and fast, and interactions with the individual coordinating the visit were also top notch.
Needed a minor job done, they came out next day and fixed the problem. Very satisfied with worker and work. Would use them again!
I highly recommend Baby Bird Electric. Steph always responds to my emails or calls promptly. Rick is very candid with me and educates me on his work so I feel informed about the investment into the electrical work they provide. They are punctual, honest and willing to go the extra mile when necessary. Thank you!
Had a new outlet added and a light fixture replaced with a ceiling fan. They were easy to contact and was able to get service date fairly quickly. All communication was done via text. The crew that came to do the install was on time and very polite and professional. They did excellent work exactly as requested. Would use again and recommend to anyone.
I had a great experience with Baby Bird from start to finish and will definitely work with them for any electrical needs in the future. Rick and David were prompt, professional, friendly, answered all of my many questions, and gave comprehensive advice on the pros and cons of how to address problem areas in my older home.
Baby Bird Electric is terrific family owned business! They have done everything for us from minor repairs and installations all the way up to full panel and subpanel replacements. Rick and his crew replaced our panels in about a half a day while coordinating efforts with both our service provider and code…
Baby Bird Electric is still my favorite after multiple years of using their services. They are totally reliable, provide good solid work and I love their ideas for better solutions to electrical problems.
Stephanie set the appointment with a window between 8/9a..Eric and Alex showed up at 8:00 and professionally introduced themselves...we briefly spoke about the scope of work scheduled (hanging outdoor lighting on house) and they were on their way to getting it done. Finished ON TIME and also did some consulting…
We hired Baby Bird to run some new cable and electrical outlets on our second floor and addition. It's an old house, but Baby Bird quickly found the most efficient and attractive way to get the job done. Baby Bird also completely overhauled the lighting, outlets and conduit in our utility room. They were clean and…
I hired Baby Bird Electric for pendant light installation in my kitchen. The communication from start to finish was excellent with both Steph and the electrician. DJ was the electrician on my project and he was very efficient. He included me in all decision making and was even willing to come back the same day to…
Baby Bird fully rewired our home, removing and replacing all the knob and tube here, and they got everything inspected and approved by the municipality, so we're all up to code. Not only did this increase the market value of our home, but more importantly, we feel so much safer. That peace of mind is hard to put a…
I’ve used Baby Bird Electric for several projects in commercial and residential properties including my own home and they will continue to be my go-to electricians. Stephanie is very responsive and great to work with. Rick and his team are very knowledgeable and get the job done no matter how small or big the…
Baby Bird has now done multiple jobs for us ranging from hanging new light fixtures, upgrading panel to 200 amp and rewiring second floor of an old house we bought. We could not be happier with the service they provided. Steph, Rick, DJ, and Paul were a pleasure to work with during this entire process. We will be…
I had a great experience with Baby Bird Electric overall, and especially with DJ! He recently came to switch our 5 light fixtures in our home with new ones that we had purchased. He was very friendly and professional, and involved me in the process so that everything was exactly what I wanted (i.e. hanging height of…
Incredibly friendly staff from the office to the electricians. Communication was great and the electricians were prompt and respectful of the fact that I was working from home while the work was being done. I had to have a minor adjustment done to one of my new pendant lights because the wire stretched-out after…
