Brought in a high end gaming computer for windows security corruption and he took the computer in on a holiday and was done within an hour. Very knowledgeable, nice to work with and very fair on pricing. Will definitely go back with any other issues!

He immediately flagged this as a major safety hazard and asked me if I wanted the battery safely removed. A swollen battery is a massive fire risk, if it had overheated, it could have triggered thermal runaway, essentially a violent, self-sustaining chemical fire that shoots out intense flames, toxic gas, and is incredibly difficult to put out with standard fire extinguishers. By catching it early and handling it, he honestly might have saved my home, or my life. Professional, incredibly thorough, and truly goes above and beyond for customer safety. Higher than highly recommended!
