Overpriced and a complete rip off. $400 for an 15 minute job to unclog a drain line. Actively find ways to run up the cost with things you don’t need. Only warranty their work for 30 days so when their poor work becomes evident they can come back and slap you with another $400 bill.
Next day service w/ no extra charge for a Saturday call out! Tech made the repairs and upgraded my system the same day! No extra call out required. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!

Our compressor failed in 100 degree heat. The technician came as requested, determined the problems, had the parts on hand and had us repaired in under an hour. Thankfully some of the parts were under warranty, so it eased the stress a bit.
I love my relation ship with Baler Brothers. The price was good. One of the best decisions I have ever made is the Family plan. It has saved me so much money. My service man was wonderful, clean, smart, and easy to talk to. He answered all my questions. I suggest to all my friends to talk to Baker Brothers.
You can’t do better than Baker Brothers. I’ve never known a company to fix an issue (or issues) more quickly. They will also send you a photo album of your air conditioner system complete with home movies of how it works/doesn’t work should you choose to have it inspected.
The service technicians are like family... someone you feel you can really trust and understand.
They're arrived ahead of schedule. They quickly diagnosed the problem. They quoted a reasonable and fair price and completed the work in a timely manner. Both the Electrical Specialist and the AC Specialist were professional and polite.
Landon was great! He quickly identified the issue and replaced/washed our AC unit. I definitely recommend!
