They arrived early and did a great job!
Great work from Baker Jones. They arrived on time, understood the issue (separation in the furnace exhaust line) and fixed the issue quickly. They were professional, treated my home well, and let me take a look when they were finished. The price they charged was a fair one for the work they performed. I would recommend them to anyone!
On time, precise, cleaned up after completing the work! No issues!
Baker-Jones always provides excellent service. Am so glad they’ve been our HVAC repair/service/installation company for many years. Honest, efficient, friendly.
We have used Baker-Jones for several years. Lazy year they replaced one of my units. My older AC stopped working late last night. I left a VM with them and was contacted by Justin just after they opened. He scheduled service around midday due to other repairs. Ten minutes later, he called to alert me to a technician…

I had an excellent experience with Baker-Jones company back in April. They stepped in after another company had made several AC repair errors and took the time to properly diagnose and correct the issue. They came out multiple times to inspect the system, kept me informed throughout the process, and ensured the…
I called Baker Jones at 8:30 am because my air condition stopped cooling the night before and a repair man was there by 9:30 am. He explained to me what needed to be done. I've used them for at least 25 years and has received excellent service and honesty.

My parents have used Baker-Jones, Co. at their home since 1970. Projects from maintenance, total replacement and everything in between. Woke up Sunday morning July 19 to no cool air. I called the company and talked with Justin at 8:30 a.m. Monday. By 12:45 p.m. Vince, the technician, had my house freezing.

Great service
My other AC unit had an issue where it was not blowing as cool as it had been and condensation water was collecting in the pan where it normally just goes down the condensation pipe. Ronald opened the air handler and found that insulation from inside the coils had fallen onto the coils and was blocking airflow. He…
What a great company! They explained the issue in great detail and gave us options moving forward. Our a/c is back at work!
Replaced evaporator, plenum & partial ducts. We were totally impressed with the team: They knew what they were doing, worked well together, cleaned up after all their work, and answered our questions. Not one complaint about having to work in our very low attic, in the heat. 10 out of 10, as far as we’re concerned!
