They have been great, (Kim & Alyssa) in helping my husband who is in stroke recovery. He is NOT a massage guy but agrees that it has made his body more flexible which enables his exercise & therapy to be more effective. Highly recommend!

It was my good fortune to find a last minute appointment available when I walked in and met Heather.
She immeddiately understood my perspective and what it was I was looking for in a massage treatment.
Exquisite is the best word to describe how Heather was able to sense just what my body was able to receive as she offered her healing, loving energy through her hands.
Brief comments and guidence from her allowed me to relax more deeply and to understand how the tension in my body related to my breath, thoughts, and emotions.
I look forward to more magical healing through having longer sessions now that I have found a therapist I respect and trust.
That is because she expresses the compassion and honor required to be an exceptional healer.

Analisa is an absolute magician. I went in for a therapeutic massage over a relaxation massage and I ended up getting the best of both worlds. She was able to work out all of the pain that I was struggling with in my upper back. I explained to her what I could handle from a pressure standpoint and she nailed it perfectly. I've had a lot of massages in my life and this is definitely in my top five. Not only will I be a repeat visitor but I will happily tell anyone who asks about my experience. If you are looking for a quality massage this is the place you need to go and Analisa is the person you need to see.

ZERO TO HERO HERO TO ZERO10 reviewsiTotal number of Google reviews ZERO has written across all businesses on Google Maps, not just this one.
It is with deep disappointment that I am here writing this review. I was a referral from a friend whom had a 20 year client relationship with my therapist, Heather’s, supervisor and mentor. I had also established an excellent professional relationship with Heather and was making great healing progress from a sports injury. I also referred a friend of my own who was new to this country, thinking he would benefit from massage therapy after a stressful and traumatic transition from a country where his life was in danger and life impacted by war.
What I experienced next is nothing short of offensive, disturbing and downright unprofessional. My friend attended his appt with Heather and reported he enjoyed himself tremendously. He wanted to return and was eager to schedule again. Very soon after his appt, , I received a message from the spa that my upcoming appt was cancelled and that Heather no longer wished to work with me anymore or my friend. She provided zero additional details or any conversation. It took my friend who originally referred me, to reach Kim, the owner, to determine why this sudden termination of services.
It was reported that my friend had made the therapist uncomfortable with some of his words and his lack of a credit card. It was clarified to Kim that my friend speaks very little English and just arrived in the country and hasn’t established himself so has no credit cards. I had made the appt for him. Remember, I’m a referral from a 20 year client relationship with Heather’s mentor and I am a military veteran and utmost honorable person who had a great relationship with Heather. After a lengthy conversation clarifying the entire misunderstanding, Kim shared that she would speak with Heather and Heather’s mentor, and that if necessary, she would work with me herself. She stated she would call back that Monday. That was well over a month ago.
I have since reached out to Kim, Heather, the spa in general many times and no one will respond. The fact that this spa would end a client relationship by message for behavior that was 1. A misunderstanding and cultural/language difference and 2. Not even my own behavior, is mind boggling and 3. Not actually inappropriate behavior at all, just a language barrier and inexperience with massage processes.
So beware. This spa is not culturally or linguistically sensitive, has awful communication, ghosts their clients for no reason and is completely unprofessional. Won’t matter if you served this country or your own professionalism. Would reduce to zero stars if I could.

Heather at Balanced Health and Wellness is amazing! I had a great massage—her technique is both innovative and deeply calming. The space is beautiful, serene, and very welcoming.
