Google reviewers rate Bark & Bark Dog Grooming Salon LLC highly, citing punctual service, reasonable pricing, and the ability to manage anxious or reactive dogs. Customers frequently mention positive communication, including proactive updates on pet health issues, and consistent grooming results. However, recurring criticisms involve a glitchy online reservation system that leads to unavailable slots or automatic cancellations, alongside isolated reports of unsanitary equipment causing skin infections and upselling practices.
