Responsive, good communication, text messages, calls, you know who is coming and when. Polite, asked if they can help with anything, wore foot covers in the house, left the site clean. We bought the service thing and had a faucet installed too. People at work said they paid more than we did so even though it was…
Iheb was amazing. He walked us through everything and was very detailed. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. A home is your biggest investment and it’s important to have someone so warm like Iheb help you through any problems
We’ve used Barker & Sons in the past and they have been nothing but great to us. I’m not sure who was helping us on the phone side during this process, but a group of women (including Linda) and Jim were great to us. They were understanding, especially when it came to payment time. Even better was the kindness and…
As an early care and education facility serving children ages six weeks through five years of age, staying open and maintaining a safe, functioning facility is our top priority. At the end of the day, we hit a catastrophic plumbing emergency that threatened to keep us from opening our doors the next morning. Barker…
Showed up on time. Associates had a good attitude and were careful about property damage. No one likes to spend the money but would call you again if the need arrived
timely response, good communication, and i joined their membership program to ensure we are well taken care of over the next 18 months! Davis, Ricardo, and Robert all did a fantastic job!
Iggy and Tristan did a great job with our clean out for our home. Thank you barker and sons!
I highly recommend Barker and Sons for major plumbing services! I recently encountered an emergency with my plumbing and sewer main, and immediately looked for plumbing companies. Ivan and Josh from Barker and Sons were available to investigate in the evening and explained to me the entire process from…
We chose Barker due to past experiences. When the time came for a decent size project, we contacted Barker & Sons. I first want to thank Ivan for all his dedication and hard work. I appreciated his leadership and his communication skills. I also want to thank all the Barker team, for their professionalism. Peace of Mind
Technicians Oscar and Tristan were over the top professional. I notice they take pride in there work. Thinking simple drain clogging lead to more work but they worked in rain, digging up the yard, on the roof top to get the camera to see the blockage that was caused by my tree roots. Extremely happy, showed up…
Great service and explanations. Tbey were very thorough and kept me involved in the work process. But in the beginning, I was not told that only part of the total would be paid with installments, and so.was left with a largee amount to be paid out of pocket.
Banning, Tristan, and Peter are experts in their field. Customer service was off the charts fantastic. You could tell that this group of highly trained professionals wasn’t just here to do the job for today. They were here to build a real business relationship and they were 100% successful at that. In addition their…
Tree Roots in your Sewer line is not a good thing!!! However I am really grateful for the Amazing Customer Service and Skills of Barker & Sons plumbing. (I recently had Barker & Sons install a water Heater and I was very impressed with their service!) Julian, Peter and Ricardo were able to quickly assess one of my…
Service was urgent when the toilet backed up. A Barker & Sons technician was on site in an hour and he diagnosed a sewer line problem. A second technician performed a video check and proposed a detailed repair plan at a reasonable price. Work began the next morning and 3 days later my 80 year old pipes had a new…
Great service, friendly staff, work completed in a timely manner. Shout out to Ricky, Pete, Ricardo, Ivan, and Connor who did an outstanding job on the install and clean-up. They were polite, answered all my questions, were easy to work with and worked efficiently. A little better communication from the timing on…
Pete, Julian and his team were exceptional. Everything step was thoroughly explained. We always were kept updated . They worked diligently. They stepped up and went beyond expectations. Clean up was amazing. They were respectful of our home. They worked tirelessly and always remained enthusiastic and engaged.…
It was a major task encompassing our total home sewer system. Aging cast iron sewer lines and tree roots invading the joints were the cause of the blockage. It was a 4 day project only because nobody from Barker & Sons arrived for 1 entire day which was disappointing. However, the amount & quality of work performed…
Barker and Sons took great care of us when we had a main drain line clog. They were friendly and competent, able to get past a pipe ledge that gave our previous plumber a lot of trouble. When it turned out we needed to excavate, they were ready to go Friday night and had us back up and running with a cleaned out…
Showed up fast for a main sewer line backup. Professional and nice. Cleaned up. Explained what was going on and options. Highly recommend.
I panicked Sat afternoon when our water heater quit working and I noticed a pool of water in the pan underneath. We had a party and overnight guests scheduled for Sunday and this was Memorial Day weekend. Everyone from Barker & Sons we talked to and worked with was great. From the Office working the phone,…
