We had a hot water heater go out on a Saturday. We called to just plan out how to deal with the situation. They treated us not having hot water like it was an emergency. Everyone at Barker & Sons has been amazing to work with. We’ve had a few emergencies they’ve helped us through and are always prompt, friendly and polite. We’ve never had to clean up after any of their work. Special shoutout to Orlando, who is always quick to respond to all our questions after having our tankless water heater installed!
Orlando did a wonderful job replacing our leaking water heater and repaired a broken high pressure valve in our yard. He is a credit to his profession and Barker and Sons, the go to place for plumbing work. After the above work We had a new problem Barker solved: Orlando from Barker and Sons was excellent and Barker…
While I think expensive for a water heater repair, the work was top notch and professional. Most importantly done quickly. Corey was out at 3, diagnosed and went back to his shop in Orange for parts, and still had the water heater repaired by 530. Service , in this case, outweighed cost. There is an addendum to…

I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for a tankless water heater installation, hoping to take advantage of the SoCalGas rebate. Instead, I was quoted $9,000–$12,000, which felt extremely overpriced. The representative acted more like a pushy salesperson than a technician. He kept trying to upsell me on…
Todd and Iheb came over to replace our water heater today. They were so kind and helpful and informative. Had a new one installed and ready to go within a few hours. Couldn’t recommend these guys more highly 👍 many thanks!!!

I feel the things I had done should have been addressed when they first put in my water heater . It took less than an hour and was given a 1900 bill. Way overpriced.

Had a new tankless water heater and softener put in by Orlando and Brian. They did an excellent job, very professional and showed/walked us through everything after the install.
Ali the technician did an excellent job installing a new water heater and a PRV. He got to work snd stayed with the job throughout. The piping work was carefully planned and the result resembled a piece of sculpture, in my opinion. He also gave me maintenance advice to extend the life of the water heater which is appreciated.

Got to say, Orlando delivered the whole package (short of fixing my water heater for free). This company sent Orlando out the next day after submitting an online request. Todd came out to install a new water heater in my home. During the installation he identified a large amount of sediment in my system that required him to flush out all the water lines in the house.
