Eddie is a GREAT technician! Explained everything and took the extra time to make sure my hot water was clear before he left. Great service as part of the package!
Ben was wonderful! Smiley, knowledgeable, knew how to do the job, didn’t upsale us, cleaned up after himself. No kooky feelings at all. Will call again without a doubt. Don’t hesitate.
Excellent service by Javier He was so polite, knowledgeable, thorough and sincere. He explained to the Rheem company the urgency of supplying the parts, since we did not have hot water for a week and the parts were not available locally. As soon as the parts arrived, he was here within hours to repair the water…
Todd was knowledgeable, proactive & performed excellent work.
They responded to the request to install the expansion tank to the water heater very quickly. However, the tank started leaking 2 days after. Called them back to fix it. It looks good now. They didn't honor the membership discount, because it expired 4 days prior. I never even used that membership since the day I signed up.
Friendly and knowledgeable technician. But I felt like he came to try and sell me a new water heater instead of repair the one that I had. I don’t think that was his fault the company probably pressures him to do that
Eddie showed up with in one hour of my call. He explained my three options, lowest price to highest price. He was able fix our water heater for lowest price option. I highly recommend Barker bros John Z.

We had maintenance of our tankless water heater We have used this company before and have found them to be honest and trustworthy. They are friendly and professional.
I am not one to give poor reviews, consumer beware… this company misquoted me by over a thousand dollars, a very large discrepancy imo. Strongly recommend a second quote. My experience… I ran out of hot water, and we contacted the Gas company hoping it was the pilot light, and a quick low cost fix. The Gas company…
Scottie was the technician that came out to help me. He was knowledgeable and professional. Was able to quickly access to the issue and gave me a quote within the first hour of the home visit. Will definitely recommend all my family and friends for future instances.

We had two plumbing problems that had been plaguing us for over a month and Nate from Barker & Sons came out and resolved them in two visits. We are very pleased to have our drains cleared and hot water restored. I would definitely call them again.
Company is easy to schedule and communicate clearly and accurately what to expect. Technician was polite and professional. He diagnosed all the issues but also considered the root cause of the problems.
Had to replace our water heater. They were able to send out a tech (Zachary) right away. Zachary was very friendly, professional, thorough, and honest. Would definitely recommend Barker & Sons. They do great work.
This job was done in a timely manner I kind of think $1000 charge was over the top to install a water heater but I'm happy with the service.
Scott was amazing ask for him
Technician James K did great work servicing our water heater. He discussed options, assessed what was not working, confirmed the repair and completed the work in a timely manner. Professional level service. Thanks.

Had to get my water heater replaced unfortunately, Barker and Sons made the process very easy. Carlos was the best! Very well spoken, explained things very clearly, and I never felt like he was trying to upsell or give me things I didn't need. He even followed up with us the very next day after install for some questions we had. Thanks Carlos!
William was so helpful! We are staying with my grandmother's and her water heater went out. He came out, figured out the problem, fixed it, then took the time to write down a couple of quotes for us because she plans on getting a new one anyways. But he was so polite and respectful especially because my grandmother…
Carlos Puebla from Barker & Sons Plumbing is awesome. I had a property in escrow that needed several plumbing repairs. I got a bid from another plumbing company that I was not happy with. I called Barker & Sons for a comparison bid and Carlos was able to beat it by several hundred dollars. Carlos is extremely…

Barker Plumbing is the best! I’ve been with them for over 20 years. James replaced the flappers? on the toilets, installed a pressure valve for the waterline coming into the house and fixed the tankless water heater. The next time out James and Scott replaced the faucets in the shower and the bathroom sink. Very…

My water boiler has been broken for a few days. Got an inspection from different vendors until making decision to go with Barker and Sons. Was lucky to work with Piotr who took time to determine the problem and tailored a few options for me. In addition to very high knowledge, what I found appealing was that Piotr…
Barker & Sons is so responsive! I like that they give you multiple updates on when your technician is going to arrive, by text and email if you like. My technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. And my problem was fixed right away. I will use them again.
I have many good things to say about this company. They are very responsive and communicative. They work fast, but efficiently. I usually always have to call them once it’s already become an emergency situation and they are fantastic. I highly recommend them.
This is the second time we have used Barker & Sons. Both times the technicians have been courteous & professional, and done great work. Joseph was our plumber the first time, Piotr Luczak our second plumber. Piotr had a much bigger task-a replacement of an external pipe to our sprinkler system, a water heater that…
Our water was taking a long time to get hot, so we called and had a same day appointment. The individual was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and solved our problem quickly. By happenstance, he also discovered we had a gas leak outside - so, we were extremely grateful for that! Would definitely use this company again.
