Wade & assistants did a great job of locating entrance/exit areas for squirrels in our attic.
Caught them fast & sealed up all areas.
Hunter was very friendly and prompt. He was professional, thorough and found the problem immediately. He gave us great advice about catching nuisance animals and directed us to Barnes’ Rodent Crack to assist us in trapping them.

The ladies in the office (Cindy, Kayla and Jess,) are always friendly, helpful and efficient. The gentleman that come out to service the traps (Bentley, Zech and especially Wade) have all been very professional and friendly. Always a nice touch to get a call letting us know they are on their way. We've dealt with other raccoon control companies in town- they all pale compared to Barnes Wildlife Control both in service and efficiency. We highly recommend Barnes!

I have used Barnes twice for groundhog capture and removal. They were prompt and professional both times. Their technicians are capable and personable. The only caution I would suggest if you engage their services is that where their service agreement says "removal" it also includes release on your property of a critter you do not wish to have killed or relocated. In the case that you find a critter in the trap that you do not wish them to dispose of that you save their removal fee by releasing the critter, rebaiting and resetting the trap yourself.

I would give this company a minus number if it were available. I called this company for a mole problem and was told the company does not provide this service anymore. There is no indication on the company's website that service was no longer available. I also told them I had a problem with a hornets nest I discovered at the top of my house. I arranged an appointment and when the technician showed up, he apologized and told me he couldn't remove the nest because it was located just below the roof and the company's policy does not allow employees to use a ladder. At no time when I called to make the appointment was I told of this policy, even though I said where the nest was located. The incompetence of this company is unbelievable. This was an inconvenience to me because I had to rearrange my schedule in order for them to remove the nest. Their website states "superior Miami Valley Wildlife removal and pest control services provided by Barnes Wildlife Control. Protecting your home from the inside out. Built on a foundation of integrity and high quality service." What a joke. I don't recommend this company for anything.

Used Barnes in the fall for a bat abatement service after finding a bat in our home nowhere near an easy entrance. They were thorough with the inspection, and the follow up services they offered were well explained and zero sales pressure. We got a bat education as well and learned they couldn’t complete the last step of the job until spring when bat roosting protections allowed for it. This is the first company I’ve ever worked with that always shows up exactly when and how they say they will, even months apart- with no follow up from me.

I had originally given Barnes Wildlife a negative review. I spent quite a lot of money doing exclusion work to get rid of bats and mice. They got rid of the bats, but the mice were back shortly thereafter. However, after talking over the issue with them they came back and did some more exclusion work in good faith, without additional cost, under my warranty for the work they had already done. So I appreciate their responsiveness and follow-up.
