We were very pleased with Barnett roofing through the whole process from Tim coming and giving us a quote on our roof to Josh and his crew putting the roof on. Very pleased with this company. They worked hard and were very thorough.
Barnett Roofing did a fantastic job. They made the whole process easy. They replaced our entire roof in a day and a half. Everyone we dealt with was nice and professional. Did everything on time and as promised. Highly recommend them for all roofing needs.
Jimmy and his crew were doing my neighbor’s roof, and as they were wrapping up, he and his crew noticed a few shingles loose on my roof and he came over and asked if we wouldn’t mind if he fixed it, since it’s covered under warranty. and they did our roof as well. I couldn’t be more pleased with Jimmy and his crew…
Barnett Roofing was putting a new roof on my neighbor's house across the street. I wanted a second opinion on observing a moisture pocket on my ceiling in my room. Matthew Loope offered to check my roof and explained in detail there can be 2 options and he would first check first option of possible hvac…
Forman end crew were very hardworking and professional from start to finish. They did a wonderful job, and we love the new roof.
Gary and crew did a very nice job on the roof. They did two repairs and general maintenance. Nice people to work with. I recommend this crew, Gary and the company. Easy to work with from estimates to work completion, professional. The estimator was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Great experience, no hassel from the sales team very knowledgeable staff. Wes and his install team even worked through a down pour to finish the job. Would highly recommend them.
I’m the director of a Habitat for Humanity affiliate, serving Anderson and Roane counties. David Barnett is the most humble and generous man I’ve ever worked with. And that attitude is shared by his staff. Always pleasant, always punctual, always in touch, and always fabulous work. I never call anyone else. Charlotte
Recently had my roof replaced. I received several estimates. Barnett Roofing easily beat the other companies by a significant amount. On the day of install, the materials and crew showed up early ready to go. The on site foreman kept me updated throughout the day. The VP of Operations also paid a visit. The crew did…
I had some roofing work done after noticing a problem that needed to be addressed. The issue was looked over first so the necessary repair could be identified rather than simply replacing things that didn't need to be replaced. The work focused on the affected area, and I appreciated having an explanation of what…
Amazing work! They were able to finish quickly and my roof looks awesome now.
They did an absolutely amazing job on my roof, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They were incredibly nice, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. I got quotes from several roofers in the Knoxville area, and they offered the best deal by far. Wes especially was amazing. He was…
Recent thunderstorm poured water down and around a 70 year old chimney in the garage of a family member Emily. Barnett roofing responded quickly with a tarping crew which successfully held further damage at bay until today’s work could be scheduled and completed.. The large chimney approx 6 1/2 feet by 3+ feet on a…
Shout out to Gary who brought his crew to our home and fixed the roof, replaced boots and stopped the leaking! They were on time, worked tirelessly in the high heat and humidity without stopping. The cleanup was thorough and you wouldn’t know they had even been here. We highly recommend Barnett Roofing!
Great company had my roof done in two days even having to replace parts of the roof support beams and getting the entire roof redone wood everything all the way to the shingles cleaned up you could barely notice they had even been here at all.. Thank you Barrett roofing again.
Justin came out to evaluate my roof after another roofing company told me I need a complete new roof. Justin assured me the shingles were perfectly fine other than a small section of loose shingles. Showed me pictures that were completely different from the other r⁸oofing company! Schedule the repair of the loose…

Speedy, accurate estimate. One-day installation. Timely communication. Great job. Wes and crew were great to work with.
Jack and his crew with Barnett Roofing came out the same day that I called, when we noticed a leak in our bathroom. We used Barnett to install the roof in 2021. They fixed the issue very quickly. They even went above and beyond and connected the ductwork from the bathroom vents to the fans for us too, which was…
Barnett Roofing did a great job fixing our roof leak around the chimney. Jimmy and Mike were professional, responsive, and made the entire process easy. The repair was completed quickly and correctly, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. If you need a roofer, we highly recommend Barnett Roofing. Thank you, Jimmy and Mike!

Barnett Roofing is my go-to roofing company. Gary and crew were prompt, courteous, and did great work.
Great experience! Barnett has a great reputation and they lived up to it. Gary Parish and his crew were fantastic! Very professional and finished our roof in 1 day. Would give more stars if I could!
Gary and his crew did a great job on my roof repairs. Very helpful explaining how the repairs were performed to ensure quality. He and his crew cleaned up thoroughly and made the whole process smooth. Would highly recommend!
Eric visited today for a small follow up job. They have done this for me twice now and I really like Eric and the other staff and exceptional reasonable cost service.
Barnett Roofing killed it. They were done in a few hours and left no mess. The price was super reasonable and way under what I expected. I’d highly recommend!
Ok folks, first let me say that like most everyone, we are sticklers for work done expertly and “perfectly “ on our home and great honest roofers are hard to find. We had a serious relatively localized, multi step roof issue that required more than just a simple re-shingle. We did our research and thankfully…
Gary and Eric did a great job inspecting and cleaning my roof. They even adjusted an eve light and cleaned my skylights. Great guys.
Barnett Roofing was the right choice for a new roof! Tim Keener, salesman, came out and evaluated the old roof and made his recommendations and provided a competitive quote. On the day of installation, Jack Barnett, (Foreman) and his crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly. Everyone was friendly, professional…
Eric and his crew were prompt, polite and efficient. They even spotted a few problems we didn’t know we had and fixed them the same day. We definitely recommend them.
Jimmy and his crew were punctual and knowledgeable of the issues and repaired, inspected & cleaned up afterward. Would def refer them
Jimmy and the team were super responsive to our call after we found a leak in the roof. They came out, diagnosed quickly and were able to get us scheduled quickly. They came early with pending rainfall and got us fixed up. We are very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.
Barnett Roofing promptly scheduled the repair of my roof. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend, especially considering I'd been waiting on the original roofer of my house, the warranty holder, for over THREE MONTHS to do a pretty simple shingle repair.
Outstanding! I shopped around and others I contacted drug their feet on estimates. I found myself calling them to try to get answers. I called Barnett and Carl came right out, answered my questions, and even advised me on some other repairs and improvements that weren’t roof related. I got a range of estimates…
Jimmy & his crew replaced our garage roof and repaired our house's roof the other day. The company itself is great because they are considerate and quick to repair rather than insist on replacement. Jimmy & his crew were extra wonderful because they cared so deeply about doing a good job & taking care of us as their…
John and his crew knocked it out of the park! Done good work and done it fast. Cleaned up and had the yard looking better than when they arrived.
We’ve used Barnett Roofing multiple times. They’re always wonderful to work with! Tim is great to communicate with and he provided a quote the same day. Gaige completed our most recent repair and we couldn’t be happier! He called on the way, sent multiple photos to show the repairs, and explained the entire process.…
To everyone employed with Barnett roofing, I’m totally satisfied with every step in this process of purchasing a roof. Thank you to Carl, Joshua, Ron, Cate and the work site crew for making it happen. Incredibly efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend their roofing service to anyone in need. Wow and thank you again Barnett Roofing!!!
Many thanks to Carl and Gaige and the roofing crew -- I have a new roof! The steps leading up to the process of getting a new roof were clearly outlined in a comprehensive folder. Gaige, as…
Gary and his crew could not have been nicer and very professional. They did a great job and communicated with me before they arrived which was very much appreciated. Installation process was easy and done well. Mark Angelini and his team were very thorough and were making sure I was informed through the whole process. And the instillation warranty eases most of the nerves of such a big project. Would highly recommend Barnett Roofing
Gaige and his crew were great during the installation process. Gaige, the foreman, was very communicative and the kept me updated throughout the process. I would recommend talking to the people at Barnett Roofing if you are in need of roofing repair or replacement.
On time, very professional. Found some hidden damage, explained necessity for repairs and extra charge. Gave a couple of options. Very satisfied.
Alvin, Eric, Cate, Chris, Megan & Haven did a fantastic job from, estimating, scheduling to completing the work. The estimate was timely, accurate, Alvin was on time for initial appointment, and follow-up. Eric and his team confirmed the appointment, notified me of their arrival, reviewed the scope of work, and…
My first annual inspection by Barnett Roofing went great. Gary and JR inspected the roof and cleaned out the gutters. They also caulked around the chimney spark arrester. This is a great perk with installing a Barnett roof!
The roof looks wonderful and the communication from Mike Angelini (on-site point of contact) throughout the whole day was consistent and all my questions were answered! Cost was affordable and I would recommend their business to anyone needing roof repairs.
Had an excellent experience - from assessment to installation of the new roof, the team was helpful, efficient, and professional. Between general aging and some recent storm damage, we needed a full roof replacement. Tim inspected the damage - he answered all of our many questions and provided a lot of helpful…

Gary and his crew who repaired the roof damage were great! They fixed some extra things they found wrong which I greatly appreciated. I plan to…
I had a great experience with Barnett Roofing from quite thru the work. Carl noticed an issue another roofer missed (a big one). Gary and Jr did great job in the repairs, worked fast, took a picture of the rotten area so I could see, and cleaned everything up.
Eric went above and beyond what was expected. Truly exceptional service and work. Very communicative and clear communication. Highly recommend!
Gaige and his crew did a wonderful job and went above and beyond. Quick, clean, and efficient.
We chose Barnett Roofing after inspections from 3 different Roofing companies in Knoxville. Tim Keener did the inspection and he was phenomenal! We picked them for their expertise, fair price, and great plan (warranty and annual inspection included). They've exceeded expectations - Mark Angelini and his team are great!
Mark Angelini and his crew were amazing. They arrived on time, and Mark kept us updated as to the progress throughout the day. I am so glad we chose Barnett Roofing and will recommend them enthusiastically to anyone who needs a new roof. From estimate to completion of the work, the process couldn't have been easier.

I got a letter from my homeowner's insurance telling me that I was going to be dropped because of the condition of my roof. I didn't think it looked like it was in bad shape, but without much choice I called Barnett to get a replacement quote. Carl came out the next day and confirmed for me that while my roof isn't…
Gaige and the crew did a professional, thorough and quick roof replacement today. Gaige was courteous, knowledgeable and answered any questions. I will definitely use them for any future roofing and related projects
Mark and his crew did a fantastic job. First thing I noticed was that everyone knew their job and what they were supposed to do. They knocked our project out in one day even after having to replace 70 ( you read that right 70) boards on a Saturday. They even went the extra mile to shingle our small sign in front…
On time, courteous and very helpful.
I had a great experience with these guys. A sincere thank you to Tanner and Creed for cleaning the algae from my roof as well as Jimmy and Gary for making repairs to damage sustained from a downed tree branch. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick. Highly recommended. Will go to them again in a few years when it’s time for a new roof.
From initial contact, salesman, and job foreman (Josh) I could not be more happy with Barnett! Everyone was extremely helpful and attentive. I would recommend anyone in need of a roofing professional to contact Barnett. They were a pleasure to work with.
Gary and his crew showed up and got right after the projects that needed attention. They worked quickly and efficiently to accomplish both roofing projects. They were pleasant and took the time to explain, in detail, what they were doing. Very helpful.
Mark Angelini is a true craftsman. If you want the best, then call Barnett Roofing!
Great experience with Jimmy and Jack from Barnett Roofing. I thought I had a roof leak but they identified that it was just a drip from the HVAC in the attic. Their visit was totally free of charge and on top of that they removed an old satellite from the roof and re-patched the spot totally free. Awesome customer service and a very trustworthy company
As a business owner myself, I appreciate this company immensely. They are absolutely first class from top to bottom, from their office staff to their workers to their job site management & superintendents. They also communicated well throughout the entire process which is critical on large projects like this. In…
This is absolutely the best trade company I have ever dealt with. They genuinely provide real customer care.
At this time I couldn't be happier. I had multiple inspections and quotes from roofers in the area. I got the typical salesman push from companies wanting me to buy a new roof and the buy today for a discount pitch. Everyone of them told me my roof was bad and the shingles I have are good for 10 years tops… I even…
We are thoroughly pleased with services that Barnett Roofing provided. They were attentive to our needs from their initial inspection to the completion of the project. Shout out to Carl, Josh, Matt and Ronald for their help and another shout out to the roofers! They were fast, skilled and efficient.
Gaige and crew were very professional with tear off and replacement of my 12/12 pitch roof. Gaige kept me informed of every aspect of work completed and presented pictures displaying any damage repairs. I appreciate the email from Cate reminding me of this upcoming event as well. Considering roof size, darkness fell…

After waiting too long to replace our roof and a few heavy storms we had a couple of leaks. The giant tarps attracted a lot of attention from roving roofing companies offering their services. In all we received 5 quotes. Even though Barnett Roofing’s quote wasn’t the lowest of all the companies the additional…
Highly recommend Barnett Roofing. Mr. Keener assisted throughout insurance and inspection process. Josh and crew did a superb job. All as indicated in described on contract and checklist. Roof looks amazing! Thanks so very much.
I asked Barnett for a roof inspection and recommendation. We had some shingles loose, and a few other problems. They did not recommend replacing the roof, but rather came and made repairs. Michael Reed was professional, friendly, and his crew did a great job. They even found a fixed a leak problem we've been…
Aaron Brown at Barnett Roofing was incredible to work with. Not only did he sell me the roof he also ended up being the foreman on the job. He and his guys were here at 7am and out before noon. We had an overall great experience with Barnett Roofing from first contact to install. Our home is older, and we have not had good luck with contractors coming out and/or wanting to follow through. With that we did reach out to several different roofing contractors due to our time constraints from an expeditious…
From my salesperson, Carl, the follow-up emails, follow-up calls, my on-site job supervisor Josh, and all of the roofing crew, Barnett Roofing is by far the best customer experience I've EVER had. Everyone was extremely professional, polite, and very hard working! They were not the least expensive group. However,…
Normally a stressful day for most homeowners, I did my share of worrying on the days prior to the work day. It was all for nothing though because it all went so smoothly. Will McClanahan was a great foreman for the crew who replaced our roof on the cabin at Firelight Meadows Retreat yesterday. This is the second…
Every single aspect of dealing with Barnett Roofing was a standard setting quality; from Tim Keener, coming out to do the initial inspection through Josh and his crew doing the work. Having worked in Mt Father's construction business in my youth I have helped install several roofs, so I knew what to expect. I just had Victoria come to my home to inspect my roof. A different company quoted us almost eight thousand dollars to “fix” our roof, that Victoria said was in near perfect condition. The issues she did find were able to be corrected in less than 30 minutes. I cannot recommend Barnett enough.
Barnett roofing always does a really good and thorough job. We trust them to only do what is necessary and they never disappoint. If you want an honest, hard working, on time, conscientious roofer, call Barnett. You won’t be disappointed with their service.

We've had several great experiences with this company and figured it was time to write a review. On a previous home we owned David and his crew did a great job replacing an older leaking roof with a completely new roof in a single day. For the second experience, we noticed several leaks in a new house after we…
Aaron was very pleasant to work with. He and his team came to quote leaking roof. They found the problem and had supplies to fix it at that moment. they informed me of the problem and said it was a small job less than an hour and there would be no cost involved. Who does that now days. I had one company quote $850…
Very few times in life do you get it right the first time. Victoria and Alfredo have done such amazing job for us that I would never use anyone else for my roofing needs. I took quotes, I followed up and they were the best price and by far the best quality I have ever used. I've put six roofs on our houses and I…
Very very happy with my experience with Barnett Roofing. They replaced our roof a few months ago. I got estimates and inspections from several other contractors before deciding to go with Barnett. It was an easy decision. The owner came out to the house for an inspection and walked me through absolutely every part…
Great experience from start to finish. I called on a Thursday evening and David came to our house the next morning. He explained everything his company offered for a complete roof replacement in detail without being pushy. Barnett Roofing offered the best products and warranty available and beat all other quotes…
I made a call to Barnett Roofing regarding some shingles being missing. I had a call back from Victoria in less than 24 hrs. scheduling when to come out take a look. Victoria, Alfredo, and Gerald showed up on the promised day and replaced the missing shingles. Gave me a couple of tips and things to look for in the…
Victoria, Alex and Alfredo were awesome! They arrived on time and were able to fix our roof in incredible time. Very courteous crew and answered all questions and concerns we had. Thank you!
Unlike other roofers, Mr. David Barnett came to see our house and surveyed what’s needed to be done. That’s how he found that a fascia on one side of the house needed replacement. He has 20+ years experience providing roofing in Knoxville, Oak Ridge, and surrounding areas. He is accommodating and answered questions…
I do not want to “gush“ but I cannot speak too highly concerning my interaction and experience with David and Victoria of Barnett Roofing. Three friends, independent of each other, recommended Barnett Roofing. From my first contact with David I could not have asked for a better process. Communication is clear, they…
Had an astronomical estimate from another contractor for a roof replacement. Contacted Barnett’s for a second opinion. David was very direct and honest about the services they provide and worked with me on any questions I had every step of the way. On the day of installation, I met with Ron who did a great job on…
This is great company. Owner answered my initial call. fortunate to receive same day estimate and same day REPAIR. Victoria and Alfredo were great. Fast, efficient, friendly but to the point. Honest. Didn’t try to sell me on a new roof that I didn’t need like many companies do.
If you would like to see the finished product by Barnett Roofing come by 119 Amanda Dr. Oak Ridge TN and I will point out and explain the high quality install. Dave's supervisor, Ron Schwanke, and his team did an excellent job that makes this industrial engineering designer very happy. It started with a very honest…
I am very impressed with Barnett Roofing. The owner, David Barnett was very responsive and came out to the house several times. Ron Schwanke, the crew foreman was very helpful and got the work done on time! They did everything they promised to do.
Aaron and the crew at Barnett Roofing was very quick and professional and kept me well informed on what was going on and they did a exceptionally good job on cleanup definitely recommend
Have lived here for just about a year and have dealt with several contractors and 1 horrible builder. Of all the experience we've had, Barnett Roofing has exceeded expectations. They were on time, went beyond the job required with exceptional politeness and professionalism. Victoria and her team have my business as long as I have a roof.
Barnett is fantastic!! We got a quote from a bigger company that was THREE TIMES the amount Barnett charged us… for the exact same work! They were professional and completed the work in a timely and quality manner. I would gladly call them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!!
