Was really happy with the job these guys did. Everything was well explained to me. They were done ahead of schedule and kept the place clean.
The concrete that was put in for steps started crumbling 1 month after it was put in. The steps are sloped and not level. We found piles of dirt mixed with cement thrown along the side of our house, in between trees and behind our shed.
They did a good job. There was a slight problem with the French drains, but they responded quickly and corrected it. The basement waterproofing was quick and effective. Unfortunately the flooring outside the work area was damaged and will have to be replaced.
Couldn't be happier using Basement Guru's to install a French drain on my property. Over 100 ft of drain was installed in a matter of 2 days. Thank you for giving us a Military discount!
Honest and trustworthy. Used reason and logic to explain the concerns and their approach was to do what was necessary based on their expertise. Other companies overcharge and try to confuse you with inaccurate assessments and want to do way more than needed. Basement Gurus in Lancaster was great to deal with.
